Rating + 1 Producted Shipped was NOT what was Ordered.

I specifically ordered this SD card because it was advertised as a 2GB SD (NOT SDHC) card. I found this card using Newegg's filters and filtered to remove SDHC cards and only display SD cards. The image even shows it as an SD card and not SDHC card. But the card I received was an SDHC card. I even paid extra for this card specifically for what I knew was a harder to find product because it was out dated. For the $8 I paid for the product, it is not worth shipping back. Obviously if someone is paying more for a smaller size SD card, they might have a reason for doing so. If you were out of the product, you should have checked with the customer to make sure they were okay with a substitution. Disappointed with the product and the seller.

I also noticed that after I received the product and went online to write a review that the product was marked as out of stock and had a price of $9,999.99. This leads me to believe the seller didn't have the product in the first place and just shipped the closest thing they had (or ran to a retailer and bought one), hoping the buyer wouldn't notice.

I also noticed by looking at the sellers comments that they are very rude to those writing the reviews. Excited to see response. From personal experience, I would recommend staying of Newegg Marketplace all together.

the directions to use the camera's were so small you cant use them as well as being so blurry if you could see it you can't make it out. I even tried blowing it up on a printer but it did not work. I then a magnifying glass and it at best could only make out a few words. VERY VERY POOR

- Great product
- Great shipping time, 2 days before estimated
- You included a card stating 5 star review was important, but you sent me the product in a cheap envelope with no bubble wrap. I received a damaged box and a note wanting a 5 star review.
- Fast cheap shipping, great product(Samsung 256 950 pro) would make me forget the shipping issue(box damaged, but product works) and buy again for a chance to fix the only issue i had.

I ordered 3 TOPRAM 16GB SD 16G SDHC Secure Digital Card Class 6 to be used in my trail cameras. The items arrived promptly and worked perfectly. I was so satisfied with their service that I ordered another 3 so I can rotate them when I get pictures off of them. I would definitely do business with this company again.

I think there may have been a slight typo with the tracking code, but that was no issue. Product showed up in my mailbox two days after purchase (other ends of the United States). Probably the fastest shipping I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Easy 5/5

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
