SAID PRODUCT SHIPPED, YET 3 DAYS LATER I RECIEVE A PHONE CALL TELLING ME THAT "DUE TO A FORKLIFT ACCIDENT THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK" I OREDERED A Logitech M705 Marathon Wireless Laser Scroll Mouse 2.4Ghz 8-Button W/ Nano USB, BUT THEY WANTED TO REPLACE IT WITH A Logitech M215 2.4Ghz 10M RF Wireless USB Unifying Receiver 4 Buttons 1000 DPI Optical Sensor... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! BUT THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY IN 8 TO 10 BUISNESS DAYS??? REALLY??? IT TOOK YOU A WHOLE 5 MINUTED TO TAKE MY MONEY OUIT OF MY ACCOUNT, BUT 8 TO 10 DAYS TO REFUND IT???

Package had no packaging inside to prevent the product from rolling around. Very sloppy. Most one-person sellers on ee-bay know better than that.

Rating + 1 Boo and hiss to ALTATAC. They sell expired Duracell batteries.

I now own 100 expired double AA's expired on January 2016 and 100 triple AAA's expired on April 2016 batteries. I want my money back folks. Beware of cheap price from ALTATAC!! Not reputable.

Rating + 1 Customer Service Is Unresponsive

I ordered 2 very cheap refurbished tablets from seller, but only one arrived. I finally got 1 email claiming they would like into. Over a week later still no response after myself & Newegg emailed them to look into the problem. Its only 30 bucks, but not the point here. I paid for something that never arrived and cannot seem to get a solution to this issue.

Rating + 1 Seller put me in a very bad position

I ordered 10 tablets and paid for overnight shipping. Seller invoiced as soon as they created a shipping label. Two days later the UPS tracking still had not been updated. I followed up and received a response that it would be that evening. Needless to say, it wasn't so I followed up again. Last night I received a message that there was an inventory error and that none would be shipping. I had ordered other items from other sellers for this project and wasted money on overnight shipping with them so I would have everything at the same time. Now I need to find replacements elsewhere. Seller processed an RMA with Newegg saying I was dissatisfied with the products. Everything about this transaction was negative.

Return Instruction

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
