the plant, a small item, was shipped via UPS, and because i was not home when it came, it was returned - i could not even pick it up at UPS because the shipper did not ship in a way that allows for that service. annoying.
Seller Response:UPS makes three attempts to leave a package, a note is left with each attempt so the customer may contact UPS to either pick the package up or create a new drop off time, if the customer does not contact UPS, then the package is returned to us.

I had some issues with the first 2 games being defective. Barbara from 'AreYouGame' went over and beyond my expectations in helping me to resolve the issue and sending me replacement products. Thank you!!!

The site was easy to navigate thru.
