Here is my experience: I was very disappointed in your advertising and quality of this item. My online profile says this product was shipped 9/4/15 and it STILL hasn't shown up (as of 9/13/15) ! I am giving you mercy for another two days that would make it 9/15/15 if it is not here I will take action!

I had a choice of buying this cane from New Egg or elsewhere. New Egg offered it at $3.00 less so I ordered from them. They sent confirmation it had shipped on 7/6/15 @ 7:39pm but then waited two days to send a message saying it was not even in stock. I had by then missed the $19.99 cane on another site and had to pay considerably more to another vendor and then had to wait until the 13th to receive it. How does a company offer merchandize they do not have?

Rating + 2 Cheap velcro tapes

The screen looks okay and fit. But the problem is the velcro tapes, they are so cheap that within a week, all of them fell apart. Either you go out and buy some other tapes of velcro tapes or buy crazy glue to glue back the velcro which separated from the underlining tapes. I can't imagine they can ship a product with quality like dollar shop. I will not recomend this product.

I've been trying to return this item & Newegg was supposed to get back wuth return instructions but I haven't heard anything.
It spits out everything it picks up. It's a terrible item.

one of the 2 keyboards arrived with the s key not working so far they have refused to RMA the keyboard and emailed me saying to call them so they can fix it. WHAT can you fix on a cheap keyboard, it's not like the old keyboards in the 1980's

It took 3 attempts to get all 3 sets I ordered, but they were determined to make it right. When I ordered just one set before I had no problems. I appreciate their persistence to make it right, and would recommend them based on their customer service department.

    If you wish to return a product or item that you find unsatisfactory, please follow the procedures as explained below.

    **Please be advised that if the item(s) that is being returned is opened or used, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as described in our return policies on our website. All Returns must be received back within 30 days of you receiving the order. Products shipped back to us without an RMA number will not be accepted for return, and may have up to a 50% restocking charge.

    All items must be returned in original packaging with all parts and pieces including instructions, warranty cards and all literature. If not, the return may be subject to a restocking fee of 80% or more depending on the product.

    Items returned that customers claim are defective and upon their return are determined to be in perfect functional working order, will be assessed the restocking fee of 20%.

    We CANNOT accept returns on products that are used on the face, body or mouth, according to Federal laws. These products include but are not limited to: Natural Bras, Strapless Silicone Bras, Celebrity White, all types of Shavers and Trimmers, Sonic Clean between Machines, Cybersonic Oral systems and brush heads, Dr Feder’s LiftTight , all Epil-Stop products etc. Hair, mouth and other beauty products cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.

    Products such as Phase 4 and Walkfit are non returnable if not in original condition with all the parts. They must be unscuffed.

    Return Procedures are as follows:
    Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning the product. In most cases this is the same number as your original order number.
    Pack item (s) into a shipping box and address the return to the address below.
    Put the RMA # on the shipping label so that the return can be processed more efficiently upon its arrival in our warehouse.
    The product must be returned via regular mail as we will not refund the cost of ANY express, priority or overnight shipping
    Please do not affix any labels or stamps to the retail box of the product. Put all labels and stamps on a shipping box or the original packing box your order came in.

    Once the return has been received, and the product inspected, you will be issued a refund and be notified via email and sent a copy of the refund transaction record and details for your records.

    The return shipping cost will only be reimbursed by As Seen on TV/TVTime Direct if it has been agreed upon prior to the return. This is only if a product has been damaged in delivery or was received defective. Once again, the product must be returned via regular mail as we will not refund the cost of ANY express, priority or overnight shipping.

    Products which are refused after shipment will still be assessed a shipping fee.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
