Standard Return Policy
**Please be advised that if the item(s) that is being returned is opened or used, the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as described in our return policies on our website. All Returns must be received back within 30 days of you receiving the order. Products shipped back to us without an RMA number will not be accepted for return, and may have up to a 50% restocking charge.
All items must be returned in original packaging with all parts and pieces including instructions, warranty cards and all literature. If not, the return may be subject to a restocking fee of 80% or more depending on the product.
Items returned that customers claim are defective and upon their return are determined to be in perfect functional working order, will be assessed a $1.00 refund and an email will be sent to the customer to determine if they would like the item reshipped to them at their cost. We will hold onto the product for reshipment no more than 10 calendar days from receipt of item.
We CANNOT accept returns on products that are used on the face, body or mouth, according to Federal laws. These products include but are not limited to: Natural Bras, Strapless Silicone Bras, Celebrity White, all types of Shavers and Trimmers, Sonic Clean between Machines, Cybersonic Oral systems and brush heads, Dr Feder’s LiftTight , all Epil-Stop products etc. Hair, mouth and other beauty products cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.
Products such as Phase 4 and Walkfit are non returnable if not in original condition with all the parts. They must be unscuffed.
Return Procedures are as follows:
Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning the product. In most cases this is the same number as your original order number.
Pack item (s) into a shipping box and address the return to the address below.
Put the RMA # on the shipping label so that the return can be processed more efficiently upon its arrival in our warehouse.
The product must be returned via regular mail as we will not refund the cost of ANY express, priority or overnight shipping
Please do not affix any labels or stamps to the retail box of the product. Put all labels and stamps on a shipping box or the original packing box your order came in.
Once the return has been received, and the product inspected, you will be issued a refund and be notified via email and sent a copy of the refund transaction record and details for your records.

The return shipping cost will only be reimbursed by As Seen on TV/TVTime Direct if it has been agreed upon prior to the return. This is only if a product has been damaged in delivery or was received defective. Once again, the product must be returned via regular mail as we will not refund the cost of ANY express, priority or overnight shipping.
Products which are refused after shipment will still be assessed a shipping fee.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
