Received an e-mail from the vendor the same day I ordered the kit stating that the item that I ordered was out of stock. I selected one of the two recommended substitutions when I replied to the e-mail. I received the kit on time and completed a digital signage project.

Contrary to what the USPS stated, our order was not delivered and the seller would not send another camera as a courtesy accommodation.
The days when "the customer is always right" are long gone.
We will not be purchasing from them again.

Rating + 1 Avoid this Market Seller

No retail packaging. Brown box packaging, Broken Cables, Questionable software disc. Product did not work, possibly returned hardware - resold. Troubleshooting issues took far more time than ever should have, with no fix. I will advise you to never do business with this reseller. Nothing but issues.
Seller Response:The Eyemax DVB-9240 and 9000 series DVR board manufacturer's box comes in a brown box and it was Brand New board from the Eyemax. We don't understand why you think the cable is broken? You might think that the cable was broken, however, the manufacturer ties the cable in a rubberband in order to keep the accessories from being loose. We asked you kindly to send us a picture of what you received, but you never did. We sent you email instructions on how to diagnois the issue you were having, however, you never followed up upon on changing the compatible video card. In the E-mail we also sent you instructions on RMA exchange request and we requested RMA exchange and refund request from Newegg. We indicated that we are happily to exchange the item for another one, but we wanted you to go over some steps before because, as we mentioned to you on the E-mail that there was some compatilbility VGA card issues with your computer and the card. Even in our listings indicates that you must use ATI video card. The instructions were e-mailed to you, however, you decided to ignore them for some reason.

We tried our outmost best service in order to solve the issue you were having.

seller not cooperating after taking nealry 3 weeks to send camera sent non working camera, will file complaint with Credit Card company! This is not over!
Seller Response:We mentioned to you about the camera being on delay at another state warehouse. Because the camera was the last piece, we tested it and confirmed that everything worked properly before we shipped it out to you. We apologize for any problems that occured. We also, messaged you to try a few steps to test to see what happened because you might have a power, connector or a cable issue that the picture is not showing up. And we simply said, if none of these steps work; that we would issue you a RMA request for refund or replacement and we already issued you the RMA for refund. There is no reason for you to complain about the credit card company.

Rating + 1 Fraud shipper

I ordered 650TVL camera. I got it then I shocked because packing box said as same as I ordered but inside item is lowest item that is 540TVL.
I thought it was not mistake box and item were mismatched.

We already addressed this issue to you through via E-mail and Phone call, that our Manufacturer warehouse made a mistake during the packaging. Therefore, with courtesy we sent you a return shipping label so that you can send it back so that once we recieve it; that we would send you the camera with 2nd day air shipping. We apologize if this solution did not satisfy your needs, majority of the time we try our best way to satisfy our customers with solutions that occur to the issue.

Rating + 1 Bad experience

Got a "CCTV camera high amps power adapter 12v 5000mA" from these folks. Its output was intermittent, with its LED indicator flickering on and off. Paid shipping to send it back, received another one that was DOA. So, I had to pay shipping again -- three times in all -- to get a refund of the item price and end up with nothing but annoyance. The worst part was that on the phone and in email they were not at all apologetic; they insisted that everything was my fault. So, I definitely recommend that others avoid this vendor.
Seller Response:The item (power adapter 12v 500mA) is described as it is, a power adapter for CCTV camera. We even asked you, for what purpose you used the power adapter for? And you refused to tell us exactly what you used it for, or simply "why does it matter". These were brand new units that were tested before being sent out to you, you don't need to assume or make false assumptions that we sent you bad units. We apologize that this transaction did not go smoothly as it should have went.

    •All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of the purchase
    •There is 15% restocking charges for all returned items, products must be unopened and in good condition
    •This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damages due to normal everyday usage.

Return Instruction
