Rating + 1 I received low quality substitute light bulbs as a surprise

I ordered SATCO bulbs and paid what I considered to be a good price for them, about $7 per bulb. I instead received a low-quality, almost no frills unknown product. Product substitution at the discretion of the seller for a lower quality product is theft.

I purchased a number of bulbs. One didn't work properly. Newegg said to contact the seller directly but I never got a response. The others work fine, although somehow brighter than the ones I'm replacing.

If you need customer sevice, don't buy from this seller. They never ever respond. And if you think Newegg customer service will help you, forget about it. They simply don't care also.

I got a different bulb from what i ordered. the part numbers did not match. i made 2 attempts to get an RMA to return the bulbs. i have yet to hear from them and it is going on 2 weeks now.

Rating + 1 Bad product, no service

I received a defective bulb that caused half of my projector to be dark. I sent back the RMA and 3 weeks later have yet to hear a word from the company or receive my refund. I would never order from this company again.

Rating + 1 Terrible.

So i ordered this bulb for my mitsubishi wd-60738. the listing shows the correct bulb. Was shipped an incorrect bulb, nowhere even close to correct, and than told that it was the correct one, and perhaps i made the mistake. After sending them picture of the correct bulb from my tv and the one they sent, they said they had never seen my bulb before. Said they would look into it, and left it at that. Sending the bulb back and never talking to them again.

Purchased a $250 replacement bulb for my projector. States OEM replacement. Filament on the new bulb burnt out in under 30 hours of use. Submitted RMA through the process on new egg to get an exchange, 4 business days later I call seller who states no RMA submitted. Now I'm waiting on confirmation email of RMA, if not received today I'm using my Google protection I tied to the account to get my money back. Absolutely unacceptable.

Our return policy is as follows: We will accept returns ONLY on items that are manufacturer defective, or were damaged during shipping, but after receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. We should be notified within 30 days of shipment of your order, and the item should be returned in its original condition for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Note: We will only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
