5 out of 5 eggsNZXT Phantom 530 White Full Tower

Pros: Right off the bat, the thing is just gorgeous - the pictures do NOT do this case justice.

Case seams are tight and even, even where plastic and metal meet. The injection molded plastic parts of the case facade are perfectly color matched to the extremely high quality paint job, and each piece of the steel case assembly has been individually painted BEFORE being riveted together.

Everything in this case screams quality and scrupulous workmanship, with an almost obsessive attention to detail.

Customizable is a pretty inadequate term for the level of modification and fine-tuning of an installation that this Phantom lends itself to. Can you fit (Insert Item here) in this case? Bet on it!

Could not be more impressed or more satisfied, and very glad I chose this 530 over its larger kin.

It cost $114 delivered and looks (and WORKS) like a million bucks. Good show NZXT!

Cons: None,

My only regret is that this is the first time I've had the pleasure of building a system with a case this darned good, even after paying much much more in the past.

4 out of 5 eggsFirst Time Build , Awesome Case

Pros: -Very Big - Can mount a push pull radiator configuration with no problem

-Fan Controller (makes cable management a lot easier)

-Pivoted GPU Fan

-Air Filters and Lots of FAN Options

This was my first time building a computer from start to end and I can say this case was very easy to configure and had a clear manual. The Pros outweigh the cons this case is very configurable because my EVGA Z97 Motherboard was very troubling with its sideways power connectors and usb 3.0 connectors , as it is the mobo took half of the cable management rubbers when I installed it. This case however had no problem fitting all the connections when I removed the hard drive cages so I am very satisfied.

Cons: -only 1 ssd slot in the back other cases carry two or more as a person who has no need for optical drives or hard drives I use that space for water cooling and the extra SSD Slot attachment in the back would've been awesome

-window is too sensitive and blurry I always have to be wiping it down with fiber cloth

-Could not find any screws that fitted the SSD to the SSD/HardDrive Trays

Overall Review: Needs an awesome lighting system I want this case to illuminate red or blue from all black panels

5 out of 5 eggsDon't Pass this up

Pros: Couldn't be happier. I bought mine for about $30 more but with this sale price I am tempted to buy another one in case I want to build another computer for someone. It looks sharp and reminds me of a Starwars Storm Trooper. (I am 60 and was there when the original SW movie hit the movie theaters many years ago so call me nostalgic). No problems everything worked as intended. Lots of room for huge video cards. However I was not able to use the fan holder inside the case as it was in the way due to length of video card however air flow is still great. I had been using the Antec 1200 case but I prefer this for ease of access and weight.

Cons: Not a con per say but if you have trouble getting the top off.. DO NOT US FORCE. Just go from underneath and push the pins together it will come off.

4 out of 5 eggsNZXT Phantom 530 White Full Tower case

Pros: Plenty of space for almost any components you could think of,Cable routing is very easy in this case, removable hdd cages gives you numerous possible configurations, led light on back panel makes it easy to see when connecting things(wish more cases had this feature) built in fan hub makes it easy to connect all your fans., ample space for water cooling options in future.

Cons: Top bezel on case is VERY tight almost makes you think you are going to break the case pegs when removing it could make the pegs a little better design. I have a NZXT M59 case which this is replacing(no probs just needed to upgrade) so im familiar with the front bezel being tight. Can be a bit disconcerting so go easy at first.

Overall Review: I bought this case because I wanted a case I could live with for a good long while and that had plenty of future expandability. I believe I have found it in this case. Looks awesome, plenty of room for anything you could want to put in it,great cable mgmt, air or water cooling options(and multiple spots to place radiators, not just top or rear mounts) 8 expansion slots so you can crossfire/sli to your hearts content.,dust filters and mesh on all openings so LOTS of airflow. Just got this and hooked everything up NO probs will update if I have any issues but I really dont expect any.

5 out of 5 eggsWhat it does, it does well.

Pros: - There is plenty of room inside to work as well as behind the side panel for cable management.
- I like that i was able to restack the drive cages to make everything fit the way i want.
- The LED's on the back make life easy, no more finding a flashlight to plug something in.
- Included fans work well and so does the fan controller. I can actually feel the air moving in the case.

Cons: - Why the fan hub behind the motherboard tray does not have 4 pin connectors on it will forever confuse me.
- I was thinking of knocking down the rating to 4/5 because 4 of the motherboard standoffs stripped with very little pressure and one standoff did not have any threads at all (was just a round hole). I had to use some extra ones off my old case.

Overall Review: - Installing everything was very easy in this case. I moved the 140mm fan from the back and put it on the side panel. With the 200mm on the front and the 140mm on the side my hard drives are staying cooler than i thought they would. I've got every fan slot occupied except for one above the dvd drive. I've been looking for a case for quite some time because i got a graphics card that has built in water cooling and i didnt like that it was sticking out the side of my old case (it was too small).
- This case works very well for what i need it to do and it does look very nice.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat, roomy case

Pros: -Cable management, and the holes throughout the case to do this is the best I've seen yet. Lots of places for the cables to go in and out, providing lots of great airflow
-Comes with every type of case screw a builder might ever need
-The washable filters are great
-Of the windows cases I've worked with, one of the classiest

Cons: -Worst hard drive sleds I've ever worked with. Drives did not want to accept the screws, had to somewhat force the hard drives back into place - this loses it a star for me

Overall Review: I've built about 7 computers from scratch and this was the first time i was moving a computer from an older case that didn't have enough space for all the hard drives I wanted to house. This case was a delight to work with - lots of room and a very practical layout for the parts.

You'll note they tout a mount for a 2.5" SSD behind the motherboard. This is great if it means you can eliminate drive cages and, therefore, get better airflow in the case. However, be mindful of the fact that SATA cables from the PSU are often spaced close together means that you might not be able to take advantage of that spot unless you buy some SATA power extension cables or literally only have the one SSD in your case.

It's a bummer that it only comes with 2 installed fans and relies on the builder to purchase more fans, however, I was moving from an old case that instead of a fan, had a cone that went over the CPU fan to expel that air outside and was loud like an airplane taking off in my room when I'd fire up a few VMs. Ever since moving to this new NZXT case, it's so quiet in my office again. I love it.

Finally, this isn't a negative for me because I keep my computers in the office (instead of my bedroom), but it has a very bright front white light and bright white back light. The back light is so bright that yesterday when I was trying to see if my audio 3.5mm cable was in the right spot, I was able to use that light instead of a flashlight.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Craftmenship

Pros: The case provided ample space and fittings to literally put anything within the case. What I mean by this is on the outer edges of the case (such as the top and front panels) they are locked securely with a plug mechnism and is easily removeable if you need to add extra fans or anything. Inside the case, there is more then enough room to work cable management and potential to add specialty equipment such as water cooled radiators up to 360mm. The back side panel( where usually cables hide) gives a lot of room for thick cables for a nice clean look. Installation of components couldn't go any smoother as there was no complications due to how much space was available.

The drive cages are fully modular and NZXT provides 3 drive cages ( one that holds 3 drives, one with 2 drives slot, and a singular cage) Recently I bought an SSD and up until that point I have been using the singular drive cage. When including the SSD I simply switched drive cages very easily as it uses a slide and screw mechnism and move the drives to the bigger cage.

Overall the case is well designed and for the price is an excellent purchases if you want to buy a realiable case to fit your current needs and future needs to come. As it is I probably won't buy another case until this one breaks or companies make some crazy size computer components that won't be able to fit in this case. NZXT also includes a ton (like a rediculous amount) of screws for every single possibility of including components in your case. I have extra hard drive screws, fan screws, and motherboard screws even after putting a lot into the case. The fan hub on the back also was helpful and controls for fans are on top of the case.

Cons: One thing that could be some trouble is the position of some of the plug locks for the top and front panel are in very tight places so you might bend up your fingers before you get the panel off. The panels also require a lot of force to pry open, at first I thought I was going to break the panel in half until I got it off. For a comparison, it was like trying to lift a 20 pound weight except this was off a case ( or maybe I'm just that weak)

Overall Review: NZXT provided more then enough information to make this an easy choice for my computer case. I was initially going to build my gaming rig with the Rosewill Challenger Mid Tower case but decided to switch to this because of the possibility of putting more components in the future. And not have to deal with sacrificing space for those bigger and badder grafics card or extended motherboards. This is the type of case were I would buy time and time again because it's funacionality fits every market user from casual computer user to heavy gaming

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic!

Pros: Tons of room! (The size of internal upgrades in the future won't be a problem.)
Removable drive bays! (I can add them back as I need without the case looking cluttered.)
Fits HDD and SSD with ease! (No tools needed!)
Solid metal case
Plenty of air vents to add more fans (The case comes with two installed fans.)

Cons: The power button isn't very noticeable at first.
The drive bays are configured backwards, meaning you have to remove the back panel to change or adjust them.

Overall Review: Love this case and the advantages are just what I wanted and needed. It has very sleek design and looks amazing with the already installed lighting at night. This is worth every penny! Thank you NZXT.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat case overall

Pros: Plenty of room
Rear facing LED allows you to see what you are doing.
Good build quality.
Plenty of room for cable management.
Modular hard drive cages
Reasonable price.
Sexy alienware-esque appearance.
Removable front and bottom dust filters.
Twist ties included for cable management!

Cons: Top grill, and side grill lack dust filers.
Top panel can be hard to take off and i am afraid clips may break with repeated removal.
Front panel has same issue as the top panel with the same fears.
Missing rubber grommets on MoBo tray cut out at the bottom.
Limited radiator support on top.

Overall Review: Have had this case for a year, and when i bought it i had done a lot of homework and compared it to several other cases.
I am very pleased overall with the case, and what it has allowed me to do.

There is an included SSD mount in the cable management area, but it would of been nice if there were two of them.
The Hard drives have to be removed from the right side panel (one without the window). I understand why the cables are there, but the drives should slide out in the opposite direction.

It doesn't have a built in card reader; which would of been nice. I knew that going in, but as stated it would of been a nice feature.

The case would of gotten 5 stars (eggs) from me if it weren't for the front and top panels. As mentioned they can be difficult to remove, and the clips that hold them into place i am afraid will break off with repeated removal.
Repeated removal will be required as to get to the front filter you have to take off the front panel.

The top looks to have a lot of room for a radiator, but in order to get my Corsair H100i to fit without blocking the MoBo power connector i had to install the fans on top of the metal supports with the radiator below them. This split level install increases noise from vibrations and reduces overall air flow through the radiator.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Case! Easy installation

Pros: - Looks nice
- Easy to install parts
- Nice cable management
- Modular; can take pieces in & out

Cons: - My front LED is a little weird, sometimes a part of it brightens up, kind of like flickering.

4 out of 5 eggsSweet Case

Pros: Looks Great, Tons of room, Great wire management. Built in Fan/Led control. Lights also look great.

Cons: Only con is that some of the spots where you screw the mother board down didn't fit the same screws across the board. Kind of frustrating to have to shake a screw out after realizing it didn't fit.

Overall Review: Just upgraded from a mid to full size case and made my choice based on other reviews. Spent a little more then i wanted to but its well worth the money

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Plenty of fan slots, lots of customization, sleek look

Cons: Size (full tower), removing top panel requires more force than I feel comfortable applying.

Overall Review: After purchasing this I started getting buyer's remorse. I starting thinking I should have purchased a smaller case. Once I received it and opened up the box that remorse evaporated. I've always had heat issues with my previous cases and my current set up has great airflow. It's a big case, but I always prefer having more room than a tight fit. It allows for easy installation and expansion. The way I see it is the case is more of a long term investment and I am very satisfied.

5 out of 5 eggsHard to beat

Pros: Very good value overall.

In stock form its nice and quiet on the lowest fan controller setting (5v). If you are going to add fans to the fan controller, keep in mind that they need to be able to start at 5v as a couple of my old ones didn't. It has so many fan and water cooling options its actually hard to decide what to do. Using the front area for water cooling would likely mean loosing the HDD trays.

Cons: The great flaw my case had is the door rubs the top trim panel slightly. Some careful sanding fixed it. One of the benefits of plastic, if it was metal it would have been returned/ruined for the same flaw.

Overall Review: My old case was a 13yo cheap, generic, full tower. Its amazing to see the progress in how much though has been put into this case

5 out of 5 eggsIt's a sweet, sweet case.

Pros: -Lots of room inside.
-Cords are well organized in a sensible way.
-Fan hub makes things simple, along with the + Neutral - controls.
-LEDs aren't a light show, they're bright but subtle.
-Drive bays are plentiful and work well with 2.5 or 3.5.
-Clean look.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: If you're looking for a full sized tower case, this is it, so long as you're okay with the design. Personally, I think it's sweet a.f.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case - You get what you pay for!

Pros: Bought this for my wife's new computer mainly because she liked the style because i'm an Antec fan usually and she didn't like their boxy designs. Safe to say, I may actually be ditching my Antec 900 for this. It's very well designed and easy to load pieces into. It even comes with true manual that tells you everything you get with it and how to mount certain things. There are little things (such as a hidden removable SSD mount for your system drive behind the motherboard) that are nice little touches that make it awesome.

Wire management is awesome and better than any case I've owned, and this wasn't even for me!

Cons: It's big. Really big. It is a full tower case so by definition it's larger, but still it's rather huge.

Removing the plastic pieces to get access to the top fan slots terrified me. I was convinced the tabs were going to break. They held together but it makes me very apprehensive about ever taking it off again.

Overall Review: More expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for: Quality.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat airflow and a quiet case - could have better materials for the body panels.

Pros: Very good airflow along the front and the top helping to keep the system quiet as the fans don't have to work as hard to push out heat. With the included stock fans at the lowest speed setting on the slider, the system is essentially inaudible.

Cons: The build quality could be better a bit better. The clear plastic side panel scratches very easily, even when wiping off dust with a soft cloth, and the tabs holding the top and front panels are too rigid, making it difficult to pull them off when installing fans or a radiator.

4 out of 5 eggsOne Year Later

Pros: Excellent airflow, easy to work in, ample space for almost anything, I/O LED and slick LED on light in front, nuts and screws for just about anything with spares.

Cons: Non-removable ODD cage, not enough height clearance for push pull configuration on AIOs, not for custom water cooling, unsightly wall once drive cages are removed.

Overall Review: This is more of an update to my original review from early 2016. After seeing how cases have changed in the last year or two, buying this case would have to be nearly based on aesthetics. The smooth curves and slight angular features appeal to me even now. I wish there was a 2017 tempered glass mid tower version. This case is dated and that's why I can't really recommend it anymore. It's big and clunky and unfortunately NZXT didn't get their measurements correct at the top of the case where you're supposed to be able mount radiators. There isn't enough height clearance on the underside to have your EPS/CPU power cable and bottom mounted back radiator fan in the same vicinity. I believe the only way would have to get extensions or a custom cable length to run over the motherboard. Even thin, flat stock PSU cables don't fit without being bent over unsafely. If you do remove all the drive cages, there's a gaping hole underneath the ODD bay. Buy some plastic sheeting and cover it. Gluing magnets or that sticky Velcro makes things easy. Hell, now you can mount your SSDs in front or behind there. Like I mentioned in the cons, the ODD bay is not removable. That's a shame because it is almost completely moddable. Well, if you don't have a disc player, you can stick one of your drive cages in that empty area like I did. Keeps the chassis as free as possible and nothing obstructs the 200mm fan. They had "Do almost anything" in mind but almost" is the keyword. Then again, this case is 2 plus years old. Don't get it if you're doing a custom loop, mount push pull AIO config or want to show off your hardware. This case missed the peacock era of PC building.

4 out of 5 eggsNice looking Case

Pros: Like the color scheme
Fans are quiet and controlled easily though the fan controller
Large Video cards fit
Water-cooling options are decent for this size of case.
USB 3.0 front panel connectors
Good Cable Management

Cons: Windowed side panel is slightly distorted from being acrylic but you can still see through it without much issue
Fan controller doesn't work with 4 pin fans without an adapter.

Overall Review: Overall this is a nice case for the price point, especially if you are looking for something other than an all black case. The windowed side panel on my particular case doesn't line up perfectly unless fastened down fairly tight which is a bit on the annoying side and is why I didn't give the case five eggs. The cable management is fairly easy even when I had 4 hard drives to install, the one thing to note though is that you will still want a full modular power supply to get the true clean look. I do like how the installed fans were already cable managed as well as the twist ties I could add my own cables too as well as needed.

One other thing of note for those wanting to mount a 360 radiator on top of the case is that you may be better off going with a slim profile as the routing hole for the 8pin CPU cable is right by where larger radiators may interfere with the cable if you have particularity thick cables. Ribbon cables or individually sleeved shouldn't have issues though.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing case!

Pros: -Great looking
-Cable management is easy to work with
-Very flexible
-Lots of space
-Place for fans on the top and bottom
-Good amount of space for SSD's/HDD's
-Side window

Cons: -Depending on your set up, it could definitely be large for some people but I assume you know the size if you are ordering it
-Case fans it comes with are average (shocking)
-No LEDs in the fans (Ok I'm just being picky at this point)

Overall Review: I just built a solid rig in this NZXT 530 Phantom. It works great for me because it comes with an easy to set up Fan Controller. The reason I wanted one was mostly because the mobo I have atm only comes with 1 fan connector because I went cheap on it to begin with. I will eventually be upgrading it but still, it's super handy and convenient and will help it so my fans aren't running 100% all the time. Another big reason I got it was because of the nice glossy white color and the half window on the side. I'm super picky and do not really like the full windows. A bit strange I know. The cable management features are super easy to work around and the case is so smartly built that you can really upgrade as freely as you want. I definitely recommend it!

Pros: Tons of space being a full tower case
Design is sleek
Materials are very sturdy
Breaks down easily for modding purposes
The opening mechanism on the front door and optical drive bays are great

Cons: The hard drive clasps are flimsy

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case, Really easy to use

Pros: Lots of room for cable management
Looks very nice
Built in fan controller is easy to setup and works wonderfully
Airflow is awesome, The only fans I use are the ones that came with it and the 2 that were included with the Kraken X60 and even after several hours of gaming and raising the temp of my room about 5 degrees the cpu and gpu temps have risen only 10 degrees at the most. I don't OC so there's that

Cons: No way to turn off the light on the front of the case and it flashes when powered down. Not in my bedroom but still annoying

Overall Review: This was my first build and after almost 3 years I really wish I would have gotten black and not a white case. I guess the novelty of it wears off after looking at it for a couple of years.

5 out of 5 eggsAll time favorite case!

Pros: I got this case for my Skylake i7 build. This was my first ever PC build and while I was picking the parts over the course of 5 months, pretty much all my parts changed besides the case. I had my heart set on this case from the start, and boy was it the right pick! Lots and lots of room for upgrades, etc. The airflow is great, I have a 240mm radiator in the top and it's perfectly hidden. I took out the drive bays but put the two drive bay back in, I only have one HDD currently and an ssd so the two bay rack is in there for when I get another hdd. I also have two fans on the bottom of the case next to the PSU for intake fans. Like I said the airflow is great and this case is sexy as hell! It has dust filter which work great for keeping the inside of your case clean.

Cons: The window scratches VERY easy. If I turn my RGB on any color other than pink, you can see them and it doesn't look good at all. But I don't mind pink, and the RGB can be distracting during gaming so I normally just keep it off.

5 out of 5 eggsBest case I have ever owned

Pros: Where to start? I love the look of it, the side panel window has a great strip between the window and side fan vents that is perfect for adding an LED strip for lighting.

The attention to detail in this case is simply amazing. it has cable routing cut outs in all the right places, all the edges are rolled so no risk of cutting yourself. it has amazing air flow, the stock fans are great especially if you aren't doing major overclocking. the fans are pretty quite too.

the fan speed controller is nice to have, as is the rear I/O LED. The hard drive cages are not just removable but completely reconfigurable. you don't need more cages than the amount of hard drives you have. I have the 2 bay module installed and it clears the front fan giving it unobstructed airflow! Speaking of airflow, the pci expansion slot covers are vented which also helps with airflow. Tons of dust filters too. even with negative air pressure set up i didn't need to clean out the inside of the case for 8 months (more because i wanted to not because i had to)

there is tons of room in here, and ii just can't say enough great things about it. the attention to detail is amazing. Also, the side panels have a hinge like design, that makes removing and putting them back on a breeze!

There is TONS of room for cable management as well!

Cons: The power switch popped out of its housing (i may have pressed too hard honestly) however i managed to pop it back in easily!

Overall Review: This is seriously the best case I have ever owned. Also the largest, you could fit a small child in there easily. It is a very impressive case and I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking for a great full tower case!

4 out of 5 eggsBeautiful Case

Pros: The case is very sharp looking.
High gloss finish is breath taking.
NZXT Has really gone above and beyond on this case, this is my first NZXT product and I will be buying more of there products in the time to come.

Cons: The Faceplate on the case on the hinge side doesn't fit as tight to the side of the case as I would like it to be. I can see the rivet that holds it in place by a 16th of an inch. Small deal to a joe, big deal to an enthusiast.

Overall Review: I would give it 5 eggs if the front was perfectly tight but since it's not perfect, it doesn't get a perfect review but the closest thing to it.

4 out of 5 eggsVery good case for very little money

Pros: Looks nice, good fan control, simple to take out drive cages. has plenty of cable routing options and room. It comes included with almost too many extra screws and cable ties, haha.

The I/O lighting is extremely useful as well.

Cons: It was a big pain to take the top off the case, one of the pins was refusing to release so I had to get out a monkey wrench and clamp it down. I've seen review for it and I seem to be the only one who had this problem, though.

It could do with a few front USB 2.0 ports.

Overall Review: Very happy with this case and I will definitely consider purchasing from NZXT in the future!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: This case is something I ususlly wouldnt buy, I prefer something black and a little more boxy. I have absolutely no regerts getting this case! It is bull of features and NZXT definately does not dissappoint. Pleany of room for fans, radiators, and has excelent cable management. The built in fan controller is a huge bonus along with the rear I/O led. Its stylish and definately creates conversation among my friends. A great step up from my Coolermaster 430 Elite case.

Cons: Could be less clutter (There are many different rails and fan mounts in the way of the front fan) plus a larger front opening, but still has plenty of airflow.

Cons: -Size
-Lack of filter for side intake

Overall Review: I bought the white case and love it, unlike other users my panels match in color. I am happy with the size but this thing absolutely dominates a desk if you plan to put it on top. I recommend keeping this on the floor preferably hardwood anything but carpet, also keep it out of corners as this will make it sound louder.

My only real complaint would be that the front filter is a little bit of a pain to remove and clean you have to remove your front panel then remove the filter and reassemble the whole thing. A filter I could easily slide in and out with out having to remove the front panel would be awesome. Nothing to egg an over though.

Case is fairly quiet, though if you have loud fans there is no dampening and a lot of openings for noise to bleed out of.

The airflow of this case is fantastic, assuming you have a good fan setup. The inside of my case stays around 35c under heavy loads with a GPU pouring tons of heat out.

I love my case and would highly recommend it just keep in mind it's size.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing case

Pros: Where to start? I love this case, it's huge which is definitely a plus. Plenty of hard drive bays if you're doing something that needs multiple hard drives. You can also remove any of the hard drive bays you don't use which is nice! Comes with a fan hub on the back if you want to litter the thing in fans. Has a window so you can see all your stuff and plenty of screws and ties so you can tie down everything you need. Also, VERY SLEEK AND LOOKS GOOD! Looks much better and bigger in person then it does in the pictures so you will have no problem worrying about space!

Cons: The only con I really have is the directions. I wasn't sure which screws to use to put in the motherboard so I think I used the wrong ones. Also for people planning on controlling their fans the fan controller only has 3 settings.

Overall Review: All in all I LOVED this case :D

Mobo: Asrock z77 pro-4m

Gfx card: Msi Twin Frozr gtx 780

Definitely plan on keeping this case in the years to ahead as it provides room for upgrades that are bound to come :D

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Great case, tons of room and lots of holes with flaps for attractive wire management. Added four additional fans and it keeps everything super cool. Stick your hand in there and it feels like an air conditioner.

Cons: None

Overall Review: I'm not water cooling but I will in a month or two... just seems crazy not to with the area at the top begging for a radiator. Currently I'm using the 3 fan Zalman Max.

5 out of 5 eggsLove it

Pros: This case is amazing. Has room for everything you'd need. Removable bays and slots make it even more roomy. Great feature set and style with lighting features in the front and back.

Cons: I had trouble installing my H100i corsair cooler on the top left side due to the fact that it would be too close to the top of the motherboard. I moved it around three times and finally settled on a top position but it's inward. (meaning there's an empty fan slot on the top left panel and my cooler on the right.)

Overall Review: Other than that cooler positioning problem, this case is a great buy.

5 out of 5 eggsPhantom 530

Pros: Gorgeous, lots of space, good ventilation, you can make even more space if you need it, easy to load and understand, tool-less entry, high quality, affordable for what you get.

Cons: One of the panels came with a slightly bent clamp, making it not line up perfectly. An easy fix.
No other noticeable faults.

5 out of 5 eggsOne of the BEST cases

Pros: I absolutely love this nice, smooth looking case by NZXT. They done this one right, the style is sleek and just so eye gluing! The space in the back for cable management is wonderful! The removable HDD cage is a pretty unique thing too.

Cons: Cons... There aren't too many cons about this case.

1. The mini hub fan controller in the back sucks.. At high, the fan is like 50% spinning, I wouldn't recommend using that mini fan hub controller, that's why I'm coming back to my NZXT Sentry 2

5 out of 5 eggsExcellence and Asthetics

Pros: Looks great with sleek, modern lines and slight asymmetry. Tons of room and plenty of tie-down points for cable management. Very quiet (200mm fan), lots of airflow and dust filtration, highly customizable (particularly the 3.5 cages), and all of the screws were in little baggies and labeled (so no sorting through all of the different types together). Additionally it has a fan controller built in and an LED light on the back for visibility that can be switched on and off.

Cons: I would have liked NZXT to include a 5.25 to 3.5 adapter for mounting extra USB 3.0 plate up front (that came with the motherboard). I had to jury-rig a solution using an adapter for my Antec case, and the USB plate sticks out. That eyesore is covered by the door, however, so it doesn’t matter much. Also, it smells like plastic/chemicals at first unboxing, let it air out for a bit.

Overall Review: I could go on and on. This build took me 6 hours, but that's because I have never used a case with so many options. I spent a lot of time trying one config (such as with the hard drive cages) and then another until I found exactly the way I wanted to configure things. I'm extremely pleased so far. The only things I do not like is the lack of a 5.25 to 3.5 adapter (I can't find one offered by NZXT). Additionally, I may have put my Corsair H70 with two fans (push pull) in the wrong place for acoustics. I put it on top, rather than in back, because there was already a 140mm fan in back and this way keeps the motherboard uncovered. However, with the tower being on the floor under my desk, I think that makes the two noisiest fans in the case in the closest possible position to me. Maybe adjusting this will help.

5 out of 5 eggsSimply the finest computer case you can buy.

Pros: When looking at this case, is clear to see that it is a product a lot of thought and design, by engineers really know how to make a great case. The layout is very modular and roomy, functionally and aesthetically, I could not think of way to improve it.

Cons: Perhaps add more support for internal cable management.

Overall Review: I've built computers just about 20 years, but this is the best case I've ever used.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic Case

Pros: Build quality is very high. The metal is rigid, and the paint feels durable. The door on the front of the case is held shut with magnets, not a fragile latch. Modularity of the 3.5" HDD racks is exceptional, and every 3.5" space includes a mounting rail which can accept a 2.5" drive. You can choose to use any combination of the three sections of rackspace in any arrangement. Optical drive bays feature a clipping mechanism, so there are no screws here either. Every part of the interior is painted, including areas which most observers will never see. Tons of space for cable management. Hidden SSD mounting bracket on the back of the motherboard tray. An extra cutout allows CPU power to be routed behind the motherboard, rather than across the top. Plenty of space for CPU cooler backplate installs. Rubber grommets in major cable routing areas. Universal thumbscrews everywhere in the case that doesn't have a toolless system. LED lighting system for the back panel IO ports with a push-button toggle on the top of the case. Fan controller with variable speed and expansion space for many additional fans. Motherboard standoffs come pre-installed for standard ATX motherboards, with 2 extra included (11 total).

Cons: No interior lighting included. Not every passthrough from the interior to the cable-routing side wall is grommeted. No FDD space on the front panel. Only the screws intended for the power supply have hex heads in addition to phillips; those intended for the motherboard have dome heads instead. Preinstalled motherboard standoffs will require adjustment if you want to use a form factor other than ATX. (Micro ATX for example.)

Overall Review: The cons are minor grievances. This case is seriously fantastic. I had some bad experiences with NZXT products in the past, and was a little skeptical about build quality; glad I took a chance on this. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a full tower. Take your time with the cable management and you can make a really clean looking build.

4 out of 5 eggsNZXT Phantom 530 White ATX Full Tower Case

Pros: Love this case. Plenty of room for upgrades. Supports Kraken liquid cooling radiator. i/o LEDs are a nice signature of NZXT Phantom cases. Perfect for just about any beast build. Extremely quick shipping.

Cons: The reason I am taking away one egg is that, while the case was shipped to me exceedingly quick, upon arrival to my house the box was clearly damaged and repaired with tape. Sure enough when the case was removed from the box there is a nasty ding on the back of the right side panel. I do not have the time to return it as the build must be completed this week. Bare in mind the ding is only cosmetic and will most likely not compromise the case's functionality. They knew this case was damaged at the warehouse before it shipped as it was clearly taped over the damaged area. We pay alot of money for 'shipping and handling' and they send us their D&D, (Damaged and/or Defective, not Dungeons and Dragons, that would have been better)! Come on NZXT that is Busch league. Very disappointed.

5 out of 5 eggsAn excellent case - worth every penny.

Pros: • Very aesthetically pleasing. This case is easy on the eyes, and doesn't offer any unnecessary visual flair. I enjoy looking at it beside my desk, and really enjoy the curvature design.

• Bottom mounted Power Supply. Having your Power Supply at the bottom of your case is more of a personal thing, but for me, and many others, is a must. I am glad that this case is no exception here. As little as this matters compared to the rest of the case, it's still a great feature.

• Plenty of room to work with inside. I'm running a Hyper 212 EVO on an ASUS m5A97 R2.0 board, and it's not uncomfortable to work with inside. I've got two 120mm fans on my heatsink in a Push-Pull configuration. As well as a MSi HAWK 6870 running below. I'm not at all uncomfortable working inside of the case.

• Stock fans are strong, and quiet. Matching the aesthetic of the case, as well as being 200mm and 140mm, the stock fans that come with the case are an acceptable bonus in my book.

• Toolless HDD and 5.25inch bays. Another feature that higher-end cases typically have, NZXT has constructed one of the best systems I have ever used for installing drivers. The only screws I had to use were for my SSD onto the 2.5inch adapter on the 3.5inch sled.

• From bays are covered by an excellent, appealing magnetic door, that also conceals the RESET button. This door is great, and really nice to conceal my Optical Drive behind it, as well as prevent any accidental RESET button presses. The magnet keeping it closed is very strong, too.

• Rubber grommets for cable management + plenty of room for cable management behind the motherboard. One of this cases biggest features is its Cable Management. I couldn't agree more with the glowing reviews in that regard. my case looks absolutely phenomenal inside, and having black PSU ribbon cables (Corsair RM750) going through the black grommets, you can barely see the cables at all. It's absolutely fantastic, and was an absolute charm to work with.

• Absolutely absurd number of possible fan mounts. This case supports up to three 120mm fans on the top, two 120mm fans on the bottom, and three 120mm fans in the front. As WELL as a 120mm fan on the side of your drive cage. This fan has a bracket that allows you to angle it downward or upward, too.

• The fan controller. What a wonderful addon. I've got the two stock fans running to it, and my two heatsink fans to my motherboard. When on high, the fans sound like very, very quiet air conditioners. You can almost feel the cool air they're pulling in just because of their sound. On low, the fans are inaudible. And on medium, it's a good balance between the two. Typically, I run mine on High in the Daytime, and Low at Night.

• Plenty of ventilation. Between the mesh in the front, the mesh on the bottom, and the mesh on the top, as well as the exhaust fan at the back, this fan has plenty of ventilation, and is sure to keep your PC cooled.

I don't have enough room for all of th

Cons: • The bottom grommet, which I am using to run SATA cables and case cables through.. is cut off about 2/10ths by my motherboard. Not a big issue, but I feel they could have adjusted it a little bit better.

• The design for the panels are awkward, coming from the track kind. Rather than a sliding track, these panels simply sit place and then you thumb-screw them in. You get used to it, but it might be jarring at first, expecting a track design.

That's it. That's all of the cons I can think of.

Overall Review: Having run out of space in the Pros section, I'll utilize what I have here for additional pros, as well as neutral features of this case.

• The side window is a lovely addition, showing off only the most enjoyable and important parts of your case for you to look at.

• There is another fan mount on the door, to the right of the window (pictured) that brings the total fans for this case up to 11, before including heatsink fans. (For my case, a total of 13.)

• USB 3.0 on the top is a lovely addition, and I couldn't welcome it more.

• There's plenty of room to mount radiators in this case in plenty of spots. A single rad on the back, a single, dual or tri on the top, and a single or dual or tri on the front. You can be running three radiators potentially.

• An SSD mount on the backside of the case, if you so desire to use it. It, too, is toolless.

• One of the most unique, and interesting 5.25inch bay cover removals. Slide a tab, pop it out. It was a treat to use it.

Now to the neutral stuff.

• The case is large. It's a Full Tower case, so you're going to want to make sire you've got room for the case. My cart for my desk is a glass top, and is 19 inches in depth. The case itself is just about 22 inches, but the feet are recessed enough to fit fine on my cart.

• The case is heavy, even with nothing installed. Definitely not a factor for most, but consider that the case itself is 23lbs before hardware.

That's it. This is a phenomenal case, and I would recommend ANYBODY build with it, so long as.. for a gauge, their CPU costs more.

5 out of 5 eggssolid case lots of room for everything you need to install.

Pros: All the modular hard drive cages are great , optical drive ease of installation. plenty of room for cable management is amazing. tons of fan support.

Cons: With a 280mm rad you can not top mount the rad with a pull fan config. because the top will not lock back into place, i even cut my fans some to try to make it fit and no dice. but not worth loosing an egg for.
also i feel like the paint would scratch fairly easy if you are not careful while working inside of it.

Overall Review: I would defiantly recommend this case to others , i have not had it for too long but so far i am very pleased with it

5 out of 5 eggsOh how far we have come

Pros: It looks like a stormtrooper (Star wars, not the German ones)

Awesome looking case, with tons of room. Very easy to route all cables through the back, so they are sandwiched between the back end of the MOBO mounting plate and the back of the case, using the portholes makes for a very clean looking install,

Paired it with a few 140mm intake fans down low, and a couple 200mm exhaust fans up high and it moves a ton of air. Built in fan controller is handy, switch it to idle when Im just computing and crank it up for some gaming. Fan controller is built for 3pin fans but does leave enough clearance to fit 4 pins on the dongle

If my basement floods I could put it down there to help dry the floors

Cons: The top piece is really a struggle to get off, had to pull and push pins from inside the case, was afraid i was going to break it.

the side mounted fan (not included) can be tough to route the cables all the way around to the fan controller if you are trying to hide the cable (easily fixed by purchasing a extension fan cable, or buying a fan with a long cable in the first place)

My 7990 BARELY fit, there is a couple mm of clearance between it and the drive bays, and I had to remove the super sweet adjustable fan bracket (back mounting screw was inaccessable so I had to break it out)that lives right where a longer GFX card needs to go. (motherboard specific problem Im sure)

The back pci bay covers kept me from fully seating the 7990 as it needs a doublebay, I had to use tin snips to cut out one crossbeam.

None of these dock an egg, just passing on my exp to the next guy

Pros: Very nice case, solid build and lots of extra screws and parts to make a build east. Great instruction manual.

Cons: This case doesn't compare to the NZXT Enthusiast case which I also own. The buttons feel cheaper and the fan control is way too basic.for the same price. I have to remove 1 egg and recommend getting the Enthusiast instead.

5 out of 5 eggsNZXT Phantom 530 White ATX Full Tower Computer Case

Pros: This case has much room for all my cords, HDD, and a very well placed SSD slot in the back of the case. With its upgrade-able 10 fan slots, this case has a lot of room for addons and mods for future changes. I am very pleased with its price to quality ratio! Could not have asked for more in my build. Lots of room. Cord management is easy to do ( even for a beginner like my self )

Cons: The area around the SATA ports is cramped and adds stress to the SATA connections. This could be due to my inexperience, but just something i observed. 90 degree bent SATA are a must for this case.

Overall Review: amazing first case for me! All the parts installed easily. Instructions were very clear which is good because it kept me from making simple errors.

4 out of 5 eggsI love NZXT!

Pros: -NZXT makes it a point to have the 3x120mm fan slots on the top of their cases and makes even the biggest CPU radiators possible for your builds.
-I/O port LED is nice and bright in the back.
-Excessive space. I'm still using a non-modular power supply and there's room for me to dump the tangled mess of unused connectors.
-Cable management is a breeze.
-Easier to keep the white paneling clean than anticipated.
-Frontally, this is a handsome case.
-Much lighter and easier to carry than expected.

Cons: -The side mounted fan was not necessary and I feel the glass pane panel is the least attractive side of the case because of the compromises made to put one there. Builders pay a lot of money to make the insides look as pretty as the outsides, let us show it off!
-Cover panels for the unused drive bays have some weak latches on them. They work but I can push the cover panels in when fully latched with just my index finger. Would be happier paying a bit more for some spring loaded latches.

Overall Review: -In my opinion, the new H440 from NZXT is superior. Both cases offer a clean, impressive, look and excellent design for most builds, but the H440 comes without the massive bulk. This case is for big, manly, man builds and most people I think will leave it underused. A bit of buyer's remorse on my part.
-NZXT has every right to sell the magnetic filter kits separately, and I could even see an argument to keep it that way to make the case more affordable if you're penny-pinching, but the ginormous 200mm ultra-succ fan sitting at carpet level just dumps dust into the case over time. Would have been nice to have a filter there so I could be lazy more often.

5 out of 5 eggsNZXT Phantom 530 White ATX case

Pros: Nice, sleek look. Tons of room and great cable management. Very easy to build system in with lots of configuration options on storage devices. Case is solid, side panels are solid and not flimsy (even the side panel with see-through is sturdy). Great airflow though this case with great options for additional fans or liquid cooling. Did not find any exposed, sharp edges. Very clean.

Cons: Side panel fan mount does not have dust filter or option to mount 120 mm fan (only 140mm). Better yet, eliminate the side panel fan slot and extend the clear see-though a little more toward front of case. The side panel fan slot is not needed, this case has tons of filtered air intakes already.

Overall Review: Definitely recommend.

5 out of 5 eggsBest case I've ever used

Pros: After more than 10 machines this has been the best case I've ever used (First full tower case)
- Case was great for installing hardware
- Plenty of space for all my Hard drives/Blu-Rays/DVD's
- Great placement for USB ports.
- Easy to remove panels for cleaning/installing.

Cons: After everything I love about this case there is one really two issues I have with this case.
- The only real issue I have with this case is that it comes with only the two fans
- My radiator was a tight fit despite the space clearance on the top of the case.

Overall Review: I found this item to be a great investment and worth every penny I've never used a full tower before this build but thanks to this experience I never plan on going back again.

4 out of 5 eggscame with broken fan hub molex

Pros: Great looking case, very good for the price.

Cons: The case I had came with a broken molex connector for the fan hub and rear I/O. That coupled with the terrible tool less drive mounts (they're very flimsy and the anti vibration pads fell off during installation) knocks off one point for me.

5 out of 5 eggsSimply Amazing

Pros: Beautiful, spacious and well thought out design. Excellent wire management spaces, great placement of access ports, fan header, SSD mount in the back, tool-less design. Endless fan locations.

Cons: The windowed main panel is slightly warped or twists a little when the thumb screws are removed and the panel is taken off.....not a big deal since when its secured in place its fine...but indicates that they could have perhaps used a slightly heavier steel to make the access doors.

Overall Review: Where do I start?? This is one of the nicest cases I've ever built a rig in. There are so many subtle details that I really appreciate like the slight bend inward of the MB tray that makes the access/wire management ports "just right" for pulling in SATA and power cables. The color matching of the plastic and painted surfaces is perfect. There wasn't a scratch on this case and everything lines up just right. Seams are tight. The magnetically secured front panel door closes and opens so nicely. The lights on the back panel were such a "Duh" moment for me....WHY DONT ALL CASES HAVE THIS?!?!

Though I'm air cooling this rig...for now...it SCREAMS for water cooling as there are three distinct locations to place radiators and fans. This case is not overly big to my eye but has SO much room for everything inside. Its a great great design!

Clearly they saved costs by going with a fairly thin steel for the side panels and the cost of that is when you remove them, they deform slightly....but its barely a con since...well...most of us keep the side panels on and if we dont then who cares?

Bottom line, this is a great case, really well designed for a clean build and I would recommend it to anyone who likes the look of this case to begin with. I'm sure its not for everyone but I really dig this case and I think I'll be using it for many builds to come.

5 out of 5 eggsexactly what i wanted

Pros: exactly as described and pictured. lots of room, much potential for cable management, great for airflow, and i personally love how it looks.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat case!!

Pros: -Huge (spacious)
-Can fit anything inside
-Its an eye candy
-Easy managing for any amount of cables
-A lot of cooling fan slots

Cons: These are not really cons that would take anything away from performance but something attention-seeking still:
-The right cover panel is loose towards the front of the case and pushes inwards a little bit and makes the "metal" sound when presses against the interior, but it is in place and wont let air escape or anything, just presses inwards and makes the sound when touched.
-All of the mobo standoffs except two are bad in that screws do not reach the end and continuously turn, but the mobo is still held in place so no worries
-Mine didn't come with a manual and with the countless types of screws that are included, it would be nice to know what each type is for.
-The HDD bracket fan can only be mounted to the top cage and so if that one is removed, that important fan slot will be gone, since I like an extra fan towards the psu/graphics card area for which there is no other option in this case.

Overall Review: -I bought it because I wanted a case that could fit any radiator on top, I haven't tried any yet, but the H110i is my target which seems to be able to fit.
-The two led's on the back are a plus and the switch for them on top is an even "pluser".
-The closeable front cover and remove-able drive cages is a nice option.

5 out of 5 eggsI absolutely LOVE this case.

Pros: It's BIG. It's white with black highlights. Included fans are very quiet. (with air filters)

The switchable fan speeds on top of the case, along with the LED's in the back (what a simple yet brilliant idea)

Tool-less hdd installation (except for notebook drives) (however, each tray also supports a notebook drive installation)

The best feature is the SSD/Notebook drive mount on the side of the motherboard tray with 1 thumbscrew.

It's a beautiful case! This wasn't my first choice for a case, but I'm glad I decided on this one finally. If you installed all the fans possible for this case it would probably take off.

Great CASE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Cons: It's not flat on top, so no setting anything on top of the case.

The tool-less drive installation has these little rubber grommet type things with a steel round insert for the hdd normal screw locations..... these fall out too easily. (Minor flaw)

It almost feels wrong to put anything in this section but those are the only things I can think of.

Overall Review: Good price for what you get. I couldn't ask for more in a case, and I'm glad I didn't get any other case (After many hours of research.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Great design, well built. One of the best cases I've ever owned. Lots of space... when they say full-tower they mean it. This thing is massive. Nicknamed it the "Stormtrooper". All it needs is an Imperial COG on the side and the transformation to the darkside will be complete.

Cons: None yet.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent case

Pros: The case is fantastic. Hard drive sleds make installation/removal of standard and SSD drives effortless. Case is very roomy which allows for very easily installation of motherboard and all other components. Wire are easily hidden in the wire compartment. Also Wire compartment. has many anchor points for clean and efficient wire management. Motherboard panel light and two-speed fan control are also very nice touches. Best of all the Case is beautiful. I put a blue LED strip in mine but even without any aesthetic upgrades the case is sure to make an impact on anyone who sees it.

Cons: None so far, and I've been using it for over a year.

5 out of 5 eggsGood case

Pros: Comes with a lot of installation hardware. Case has a lot of options for additional cooling options - fans at the front, side, back, bottom and top, as well as the potential for water cooling if that's what you are into.

There seems to be ample space for larger graphics cards, with the hard drive trays having a variety of configurations.

Looks great, and seems to be a very sturdy design. I'm not worried about it getting bumped or damaged.

Cons: I don't like the fact that in order to have the pivot fan inside the case you have to leave the 3 drive tray in place, there should be options to mount the pivot fan on the other trays as well.

It would be nice to see an ESATA port on top/up front. But the two USB 3.0 should be fine, and I plan on using a NAS so not too bothered.

5 out of 5 eggsA Best Case

Pros: A Very Best Case in all respects. Well designed and built. Plenty of screws in separate packages according to size. Enough fans to cool interior but many more optional fans can be added.

Cons: I did not encounter any cons, a few places that I had to stop and figure out the connections and various options for the drive cages. No cons.

Overall Review: I have built, repaired, upgraded, and trouble shot a great deal of computers over the 33 years that I have been involved with computers. I have not experienced a better case at any price for the usual build. The case is highly recommended for most computers builders

5 out of 5 eggsLove the Case

Pros: Lots of available spots for fans. Love the removable hard drive cages. I used an Enermax CPU cooler, I installed the processor before putting the motherboard in. This normally would have not been an issue but since I wanted fans on the top of case CPU fan was in the way.

Cons: None I researched this case and others before I bought one. This case will serve me very well.

Overall Review: The overall layout of the case makes it easy to have all your power supply cables go through the back panel and come into the case at the motherboard jumpers. This was a great designed case

Pros: Everything fits where they should. Had a slight problem with cable management but nothing a quick running the cables differently couldn't fix. Got here in 2 days instead of the 4-7

1 out of 5 eggsLitterally nonexistant Customer Support

Pros: Large

Cons: Non working fan control, customer support

Overall Review: The customer support for this thing literally doesn't exist. My fan controller does not work, so I tried going through the normal customer support route. Live chat- eternally offline. Support ticket> hasn't even been updated to INCLUDE THIS MODEL, and has a seemingly impossible captcha(I cant get through, seems to have randomly placed spaces that have to be correctly read). I tried emailing someone at NZXT who seemed like he would be helpful, asked for some details. I replied... and never heard back. I waited a few weeks and emailed him again.... still no reply. Very annoyed.

2 out of 5 eggsNice case but...........

Pros: Looks nice, decent build quality.

Cons: This case is plugged by the newegg video review as "great for watercooling", and "can fit a 360 radiator or 280 radiator up top" which is simply lies. Sure you can bolt the radiator up there, but you can forget the fans below it. The fans will hit the heatsinks and RAM release tabs on your board. It all comes down to the worthless last slot that they added for poor people running 3 cards in crossfire. If they had left that out, and moved the motherboard down that much there would be no issues. Obviously they never actually tried to watercool one of these cases, or they would have realized that it doesn't work. I hope this saves someone out there the hassle of figuring this out.

Overall Review: Maybe next time you have someone review a product for you newegg, maybe make sure they know what the heck they are doing first.

3 out of 5 eggsOnly slightly disappointed

Pros: Lots of room.
Great overall design.
Amazing top end water cooling set up.
Nice little fan controller
Overall great features

Cons: The side window is very unclear. It looks almost like I'm looking through water when I look inside the case. This knocks 2 eggs off because it really messes up the reason that I picked this case instead of the one with the smaller window, I wanted a clear view of my components, not one that is muddled.

Overall Review: Overall I'm happy, but that blurry window is just a killer for me. I doubt I will go with NZXT next time I purchase a case. I know it's just plastic, but I've had Rosewill cases and Cooler Master cases with side panel windows and this one is hands down the worst I've ever had.

3 out of 5 eggsLooks great, faulty though

Pros: looks good
large
quality material

Cons: the LED light in the front has a spot that is constantly flickering
Pretty sure my LED and fan switch on the top is broken, as well as the top/front audio jacks. The only thing that works up front is the usb ports. And I've triple checked all my connections.

Overall Review: It's expensive but a good investment if you have the money and it's not broken when you get it. I would return it but that means I would have to take my PC apart and i'm lazy.

5 out of 5 eggsHave had this case for about a year now. Absolutely love it.

Pros: Very large, as can be expected with a full tower case. Fully modular design. Built in case fans are nice. Fan speed controller is nice as well. Is also very efficient at keeping out dust, I rarely have to clean it out.

Cons: May need extension cables for some of your components due to the case being so large.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome case!

Pros: Very solid case. Lot's of room, lots of places to put extra fans. Lots of cable management. Aesthetically pleasing :)

Cons: Only real con is that the rear I/O LED does not work. Kinda bummed out about that :(

2 out of 5 eggsGreat case, but does not fit extended atx motherboards

Pros: I didn't get to fully load the case due to a major issue (see cons), but from what I saw, it included a lot of hardware and the routing options were nice.

Cons: This is my first time dealing with an extended atx motherboard, so I wasn't sure what to look for. Every site I used verified that this case would be compatible with my motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188163), however the space is far too tight to plug in I/O and power cables. Worse the motherboard comes into contact with the rubber cable-routers

One final nit: the threading for the screws seems to be slightly off to the point where screws felt like they were forced into the case.

2 out of 5 eggsLess than 3 weeks and the power switch is faulty

Pros: Great looking case with a lot of room and customization options.

Cons: After 1 week, my pc turns itself on when it pleases due to an apparent short in the power switch.

2 out of 5 eggsCame with bad i/o switch!!!

Pros: looks nice

Cons: bad i/o switch, so mad, only thing wrong with new build, last thing i thought would go wrong, so i have to use my reset switch as my main power on by switching wires on mobo!!

5 out of 5 eggsRight case for the job

Pros: *Spacious layout that i needed.
*Tons of fan options

Cons: While i appreciate that NZXT took the time to put the case dimensions here and a lot of other useful information and this in no way was a determinant to me buying this case. I must say i was rather displeased that on a case that boast 10 available fan slots it had no specifications on what size they actually are.

In reality all that did was prevent a one stop shop at newegg. I will just have to purchase the case fans locally.

Overall Review: For the case itself I give this a 10/10 for what i needed.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This tower is massive! Has a 10 fan hub, plenty of room for anything you throw at it, can hold 5 water cooling rads or just a crazy amount of fans.

Cons: The only thing I dislike about this case is there are only 3 front panels. I was not aware of this before I bought it and it has limited my build, but not enough to take an egg.

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent boitier

3 out of 5 eggsRoomy

Pros: Large case with plenty of fan ports and stylish looks. Tons of room for a large CPU fan like the Xigmatek. Easy to use HD installation trays. Great enamel style paint and functional case all around. Gamer case at a reasonable price. I give it three eggs.

Cons: A bit cheesy on the plastic parts. Could have thrown in more fans rather than suck you into a optional package purchase. Case covers rattle and move without screws. [I like mine easy access and sometimes leave them off] I really don't care for the top hood it seems to be the weakest point. Minus two eggs.

Overall Review: Really not a bad case for a gamer but if you are using it for more than games you might want to spend a few more quid.

3 out of 5 eggsVery nice case

Pros: The case feels well constructed. Metal did not give much when taking the case apart. The plastic feels solid and well formed. The case was easy to take apart.

Cons: My case did not come with any of the additional parts that i should have (screws, zip ties, ect.) I tried to put in a ticket on the NZXT site but it failed every time. Tried using the Reddit page suggested on the back of the manual but no response. So i guess im gonna have to go through the headache of looking for a hardware store that has screws that will fit my MoBo, SSD, HDDs, and optical drive. I would have rated this case 5 eggs if all the parts had been with it, now its going to cost me more money and having to run around getting stuff i need to finish my build.

I heard that NZXT quality management had gone down but I was hoping the rumors were wrong. At least my Kraken x61 has all the pieces.

Overall Review: I would probably but this case again if I knew for sure all the parts would come with it.

4 out of 5 eggsAll about that case

Pros: Large
Fresh
alot of room for cables and fans.
Case fans that come with it are really nice not some trash throw in fans.
O/I light is so nice! you have no idea how nice that is untill you have one.

Cons: not much,
mounting a fan to the case wall makes it hard to take the door off without popping out the plug.

Overall Review: i do not l;ike how there is not dust filter on the top. i could always change air flow to push out but when it is off dust settles downwards on the open part.

4 out of 5 eggsNzxt 530

Pros: Since its a mid tower its was really easy to build my new computer, no need to manage place what so ever, everything fit easily and case seems to get rid of the heat which is really good!

Cons: Non so far!

Overall Review: Would recommend but for originality, you might try to take something else everyone seems to buy that case haha but its a good buy!

5 out of 5 eggsSpace: The Final Frontier

Pros: Space. So much space.

Cons: No idea how to connect the fan controller. Not going to take an egg off, don't need the exhaust

5 out of 5 eggsawesome case

Pros: great expand-ability, fan controller is always nice, rear led which makes plugging in things at night great. Good airflow and you can mount a 360 radiator on top.

Cons: you need to remove the hard drive cage when wiring up your sata connectors on a standard atx board with 90 degree sata plugs otherwise no issues what so ever.

Overall Review: great case, if your looking at a full tower case but not going full eatx and just an atx build get this case. You wont regret it.
