Standard Return Policy
The item is returned to us within 30 days delivery date at buyer’s own expense. For all returns buyer is responsible for shipping charges to ship the item back to us.
• All returns must include a copy of the original packing slip along with your order number, reason for return.
• The item is returned in it's original box with all items that it originally came with including the manual and warranty card (not filled-out). All returns must be like the original condition. Otherwise additional charges shall apply at our discretion.
• When we receive the package, we will ship your replacement item at our own cost.
• Cost of shipping is non-refundable for returns. We will deduct our shipping cost from the refund. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them.
• If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. In this case if that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.
• We accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit Buyer will be responsible for making sure that the package is returned to us safely.
• We will have the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund if you use our postage-paid return label, unless the return is a result of our error.
Partial refunds/Restocking Fees:
• All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
• Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
Car Audio, Alarm:
• There are absolutely no refunds for car audio products once they have been opened and installed. Defective units may be sent back for repair only.
Computers and Tablets:
• You may return any new computer purchased from us that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Electronic Palace reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 30 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable.
• Please note certain manufacturers require the item to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service and not to the seller.
• There are absolutely no returns on any video games, accessories and consoles once the item has been used or the factory seal has been broken.
• Due to the nature of supply and demand in the video game market, we do not honor any sort of price protection what so ever.
Below are exceptions to our standard 30 day return policy:
• ELECTRONIC PALACE will not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit.
• ELECTRONIC PALACE will refuse any returns where the serial number on the unit does not match the serial number on the box and warranty card as well as our internal systems.
The following products carry only a manufacturer’s warranty:
• Computers, Video Cameras, MP3 Players, iPods, iPads, Tablets, PC Hardware, Navigation, Point Cards, Software & Projectors- We will not accept any returns if the unit has been open and the factory seal is broken.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all Refused or Returned packages
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to a typographical error, and are not responsible for any typographical errors which may occur in the price or product description.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
