Rating + 1 nauseating, just nauseating

Selling items with limited functionality (Galaxy S5,ATT, Unlocked) and expect me to pay for restocking and return shipping. Will NOT reply to complaints filed with Newegg and Newegg is not any better than these guys to resolve the issue. Item not as described. limited functionality, will not connect to T-Mobile Hot-Spot.

Already opened a dispute case with my CC company next, contacting my state and California Office of the Attorney General.

Purchased a cheap quadcopter. Broke by the 4th flight. No returns or warranty on cheap products that fall apart within 3 days. Don't bother. Whatever you purchase will be a waste of money.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy s4 active that could not be set up. Good Guys sent the replacement in record time I charged it, then installed the SIMcard and it worked right away.

Rating + 1 The Good Guys - NOT!!!!

"The Good Guys", I guess we have another entry in the oxymoron dictionary.
I purchased this item for ~$55. It was a Christmas present and was DOA. I contacted the seller on 12/28/14 through Newegg. They replied mid day on the 29th to ask if I wanted a refund or replacement and I replied with replacement. I didn't hear anything else for 2 days. I submitted a complaint to Newegg and got a reply late in the day with an RMA number, too late in the day to do anything with the return. The following day was New Years. I shipped the package on 1/2/15 at the cost of $38.43 (UPS ground). Two weeks to the day I received the replacement.
Total cost for a $55 purchase - $93.43.
Total time to resolve 3 weeks.

Ordered Dec. 26, estimated delivery date was Jan. 6, did not ship till Jan 7. In today's world of online shopping this is not acceptable. Once the product arrives I will update the rating depending on the condition of the product and how long it takes to get here.

Rating + 1 Don't buy from this seller!

Company shipped me a kid's toy that was defective out of the box. Never worked right. And after just one day - stopped working all together.
Now they want ME to pay to ship it back!! What a rip! I could see that if it had been months - but just one day's use and dead?? They should be handling this defective product completely themselves.
If they're not willing to live up to their responsibilities - I'm just going to head over to my credit card company, give them the defective product, and get them to give me a complete refund. That's how the system works - you get substandard/defective goods, you get a refund.
Beware Good Guy Electronics -- I'm not pulling punches!
