Rating + 1 very bad seller. If your time has NEGATIVE value, try this seller please.

Ordered a asus Z10pe D16/2L/10G motherboard. Took more than 10 days to get the item. It is a wrong board without the 2 10G ports. Contacted. No response. With the help of newegg, issued RMA. But no return shipping label. Newegg helped to send request twice, still no response. This is a total waste of time and energy. I am going to contact newegg again. Probably dispute my credit card charge.

Not even remotely impressed. Works fast to refund the money, would have been nice if they'd been that fast to ship. Ordered Sunday, shipping label printed Wednesday, item still not shipped Thursday.

Rating + 1 Terrible all around

Do not ship these people, they accept your money and print your shipping label, but don't actually send your package until you contact new egg. Then they says its your fault and THEN put your pack in standard shipping. What a scam I can't believe new egg works with them. I wish I could give them 0 eggs

Rating + 1 Shipped wrong item...

Not happy. Ordered a TP-LINK TL-WPA4220NET 300Mbps Wi-Fi Range Extender with 2 Wireless Powerline Add-On Extenders. They shipped me the cheaper 1 extender version (but I was charged for the more pricey version). So instead of solving my networking problem I am told by Newegg that I must wait up to 2 days for Hot Deals 4 Less to email back to decide what to do about it. Turns out if you look at their ratings for the last couple weeks it is 33% 1 star. They are doing awful business and making lots of people mad and apparently that is just fine for them and for Newegg. In the end I returned the item, which cost me money to ship back.

So I am angry at Hot Deals for sending me the wrong item. Angry that Newegg's site sent me to another marketplace reseller that only causes me problems, and frustrated that Newegg's support doesn't seem to appreciate that my time is being wasted by their marketplace resellers. I am fed up with the lot of you, and will not be doing any more business with Newegg or it's marketplace.

I would never recommend buying from this seller or Newegg again. Do yourself a favor: order from other online stores/directly from the company. I placed my order on 8/7 and won't get it before 8/16. There was a delay in processing the order and sending it over to FedEx for shipment. If you are causing the delay, you should be paying for express shipping. Alternatively, Newegg should put up warning signs on their website: BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOUR SHIPMENT WILL BE SEVERELY DELAYED. Thanks for the horrible service. Never buying from Hot Deals 4 Less or Newegg again.

Rating + 1 Blamed missing shipment on USPS

Ordered some memory from Hot Deals based on their 4-star rating... unfortunately, I didn't see that they have 6 months of 1-star ratings until nearly 10 days later. The package was marked as shipped almost immediately; however according to USPS they'd only received the pre-shipping information, and were waiting for the actual package. After several days of waiting, I gave them a call, and sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting in their incoming queue before the line suddenly just dropped. After two additional attempts, I did finally manage to get one of their staff to answer.

His explanation, after another long hold, was that their records showed the memory as shipped, and that USPS must have just miss-scanned it. However, even if that were the case, if the package actually made it into the USPS truck, at some point in the course of 10 days, I find it incredibly likely that SOMEONE would have noticed it, scanned it, and got the thing moving. After making it clear that if Hot Deals didn't take responsibility to find it and get the order shipped, correctly - and pointing out that I would file a grievance with NewEgg if they didn't - he did offer a full refund.

Not sure what's going on at Hot Deals, but it's clear just looking at the review logs that something happened within the last six months that completely undermined their entire operation. Even at that, I'd have given them the benefit of the doubt and two eggs, if they'd have owned up to their blundering from the moment the call started. Instead, they attempted to blame a third party when it is abundantly clear that they have systemic, on-going issues in their house. Will never work with this reseller again.

Rating + 1 There is no way Newegg allows a company such as this onto the Marketplace.

Ordered from them, the tracking number was not updated for about a week and a half on USPS Priority Mail (a 1-3 day delivery service) where it was then I determined that the package was not even SHIPPED OUT OF THEIR FACILITY. I then proceeded to e-mail Newegg and Hot Deals 4 Less, where they refunded me and gave me a new tracking number, which showed some promise until it was delivered to someone not even in my state. I won't ever bother with this company again.

Whatever you do, avoid this company.

I will never purchase from this seller again and would recommend Newegg drop resellers like this.
I received the wrong item (16GB RAM kit instead of 32GB kit) and shipped it back to get what I paid for and was told its basically the same thing. after several emails they said they would send the 32GB kit... that was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting and they stopped replying to my emails and phone support isn't much better. they are now saying they will send me 2 16GB kits... NOT what I ordered.
there needs to be a negative rating... maybe a progressively more broken egg?

    1. We will replace or refund any DOA products (Dead on arrival) but it must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date for it to be treated as DOA. If the date reported is passed the 7 days, item will be treated as a return and warranties will then be handled by the manufacturer which might take up to 3 weeks to get it replaced.

    2. Defective and DOA must have all original packaging. This includes all manufacturer accessories, all packaging material and box with UPC number intact. Please do not just ship the item by itself.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
