Rating + 4 Other Reviews Concerned Me

After ordering, I went to read reviews on Hot Deals 4 Less. They had me worried that I was definitely going to receive the wrong item, broken, and 3 weeks late. I did, however, receive the item I ordered 6 days after ordering and in good condition. The only reason this review isnt 5 eggs is because the order was in processing for 3 of the 6 days, which I would consider a bit of a long wait before the item is actually handed off to the delivery service.

Rating + 1 No Delivery until I opened a complaint with NewEgg

I did eventually get the drives I ordered- but 4 weeks after I ordered them. They came relatively promptly AFTER I opened a complaint ticket with New Egg. What is the worst is that at one point this seller said they sent me a notification which they did not send. I received communication from them ONLY after reporting the issue to the NewEgg market place. Avoid this seller- the frustration is not worth it, even if the price they have listed is a few dollars lower than others.

Rating + 4 Great Products at a Good Price.

I would recommend this seller but their shipping takes a while.
I received a notification that a shipping label was created (U.S.P.S) and my product was not actually shipped until 7 days later. Once, actually shipped I received my order exactly as described three days later.

I would use this supplier again, but not if I was in a hurry.

I've been doing computer sales and service for 15+ years, and I've been buying from Newegg for most of them, but I'm just about done. Newegg has no interest in clearing itself of awful sellers like this. I ordered an SSD for a Macbook Pro on 9/6/16. I sent the seller a message via Newegg on 9/13/16 and they never responded. I called them today only to be told that the product apparently "wasn't correctly scanned by Fedex and was lost", and another one wasn't available so I could get a refund if I wanted. Funny, Fedex said exactly the opposite. HORRIBLE customer service. Avoid this reseller like the plague.

Rating + 1 Absolutely the WORSE Customer Service

NewEgg needs to drop this supplier like a hot rock. NO proactive emails about when the item would be shipped and NO replies to my emails. It's been OVER 12 days and still no merchandise. NewEgg gets items from me from their warehouse in two days or less. This is JUST an SSD hard drive and nothing special. Avoid this NEWEGG partner !!

a fly by night business. I ordered together a memory fan and a pair of a memory card. They cancelled my memory card but shipped the memory fan. I ordered the ram for a discounted price and later on they change their mind not to. What a business practice, very unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor don't buy anything from this seller HOT DEALS 4 LESS. Thank you. You made the right decision for not buying from them.

Rating + 1 very bad seller. If your time has NEGATIVE value, try this seller please.

Ordered a asus Z10pe D16/2L/10G motherboard. Took more than 10 days to get the item. It is a wrong board without the 2 10G ports. Contacted. No response. With the help of newegg, issued RMA. But no return shipping label. Newegg helped to send request twice, still no response. This is a total waste of time and energy. I am going to contact newegg again. Probably dispute my credit card charge.

Not even remotely impressed. Works fast to refund the money, would have been nice if they'd been that fast to ship. Ordered Sunday, shipping label printed Wednesday, item still not shipped Thursday.

    1. We will replace or refund any DOA products (Dead on arrival) but it must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date for it to be treated as DOA. If the date reported is passed the 7 days, item will be treated as a return and warranties will then be handled by the manufacturer which might take up to 3 weeks to get it replaced.

    2. Defective and DOA must have all original packaging. This includes all manufacturer accessories, all packaging material and box with UPC number intact. Please do not just ship the item by itself.

    3. All returned Item(s) must be reported within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns that are still factory sealed are still subject to a 5% restocking fee plus a nominal fee to cover the shipping if the item was offered with free shipping. All open item(s) are subject to 15% restocking fee.

    4. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for orders incorrectly shipped by Hot Deals 4 Less or DOA items.

    5. Customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns, except for DOA orders and incorrectly shipped products by Hot Deals 4 Less.

    6. Items returned for replacement and found to be not defective will be returned at the buyer's expense.

    7. Software, movies or any media is non-returnable. If item has a defective CD, we will replace it with the same exact title only.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
