They shipped the ipad with a charger that would not even charge. The OEM charger is 10 watts. The one they shipped is a 5 Watt it would not even charge the 3rd Gen Ipad

Rating + 1 NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Since I've received my Mac book pro I've been on the phone with apple dealing with its issues. The computer isn't good. I've purchased the insurance so was confused as to why I had to even contact apple and sit on the phone with their technitions for hours on end. Ive attempted to get a refund because I just don't want to deal with the problems but of course its non refundable. This site is not the way to go just pay the full price. its less of a hassle

I am so pleased with the customer service. I had an issue with one of the ipads I purchased and they were quick to offer an exchange for the item that is not working. Adriana was a pleasure to deal with! Will surely be buying more ipads from them.

Takes over a week for them just to get the product out of the warehouse. They ship ground only, Don't bother calling customer support, they will tell you anything, just to get you off the phone

Rating + 1 Not Worth It

I bought a laptop Macbook Pro from them a few weeks ago, and when I got it, the battery didn't even work! So much for refurbished. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe it was a misunderstanding and contacted their customer service. When I spoke to them, they apologized and told me I'd be given a replacement, and would be receiving an email with more information shortly. Multiple weeks went by and I recieved nothing. I tried contacting them again on multiple times but they never answered. Wish I had read some of the reviews on teh seller before purchasing from them. Would've saved me a lot of trouble. Next time, I'll just pay for a new one, or at least go somewhere else. Would not buy from JemJem again.

I was worried when I went to Resellerste.com even though they had 4.5 stars I read the two start reviews. The one thing I noticed was the response from Jen-Jen to people questions when they felt they received starts etc. I realize they are "refurbished" but used items. I do not know Jen-Jen personally but I would offer a suggestion. I usually buy Used Lenses from KEH and they have very good grading system so that the customers realize what they are getting.
I am very pleased with what I ordered that I just ordered a second iPad from them.

Rating + 2 Used and Refurbished aren't the same

I purchased a "refurbished" ipad mini that arrived very quickly. However, when I unpacked it there was a deep scratch on the screen and the audio jack was full of gunk. If I didn't need to start using it right away I would have returned it.

In the future, I will pay the extra money to get a new one or get a manufacturer refurbished device.
