I attempted to purchase a Apple iPad Air MD789LL/A, 32GB, Wi-Fi - White/Silver that was advertised on NeweggFlash. I was later informed that my order was canceled due to the product not meeting proper quality standards by JemJem. I appreciate the fact that they did not send me a product that does not meet quality standards. I later noticed that there was more of the same item available so I attempted a second time with the same outcome. Please verify the products before attempting to sell. I had purchased a specific case that is product specific that I could not returned before I received notification that my order was canceled.

Rating + 1 Do not Order- Doesn't Ship Item

This seller does not ship item, they generate label but item never gets picked up. I have submitted a refund request for item I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and should have received a few days ago.

Rating + 1 Don't reccomend this seller

I ordered an ipad from this seller and got an email 2 days later saying it had shipped. Tracking code only showed pre shipment information had been sent to usps for 5 days. I call to see what the problem is and am told they sent me an email on the day I placed my order informing they were out of the color I ordered but had another color in stock if I didn't want to wait. I told them I never got an email from them but I'd take the other color I just needed it shipped out ASAP. They said they would have it shipped out that same day then asked for my email address because they didn't have one on file for me. I asked how they emailed me about the color issue if they didn't have my email address. They didn't have an explanation. Well I blew that off and said I would take the other color and they promised me it would be shipped out that same day. 3 days later it still hasn't shipped. I canceled my order and will just go elsewhere

We tried to purchase an Ipad. We never received the item because it was never shipped. We got a notice that it had been returned and refunded. But it was never shipped. We had to order an ipad from somewhere else.

Rating + 5 I'm a Happy Camper

I read a fair amount of bad reviews for this firm before I purchased and I almost did not do it because of that.
So I kind of feel like this vendor needs props for fulfilling my order problem free.
The item was listed as Apple unlocked - but it is in fact ATT unlocked - however there is no difference from the Apple unlocked and this unit; so I am very happy.
Was able to hook up to T-Mobile after ordering a sim card kit from them online.
Got $30 a month service that meets my needs without any errors or hitches whatsoever.
Save yourself a few bucks and help this vendor recover from a few bad reviews.
They took care of my order right the first time and I couldn't be happier.

The product I ordered was listed as "In Stock" and I received a Shipping Confirmation with a Tracking Number the same day I placed the order. 5 days later I received a refund notice that indicates I will receive a refund in 3 days.

Rating + 4 Problem Product Good Customer Service

I ordered an unlocked iphone 5S from JemJem, but when I received the phone it was not unlocked so I was unable to active it or even get into the phone to use it to listen to music or anything. JemJem was very accommodating and offered to refund my order once I shipped it back to them. I know that with technology things go wrong sometimes, so I am not holding the not-unlocked phone against the company. I would have preferred them to offer to pay for shipping on the return, and for that reason I am only giving them 4 stars. But despite that criticism, I would feel comfortable buying from them in the future.

they sent me a phone with a different carrier than listed (spring and not verizon) and would not take it back or replace it because it was beyond their 30 and 45 day return policy.

They shipped the ipad with a charger that would not even charge. The OEM charger is 10 watts. The one they shipped is a 5 Watt it would not even charge the 3rd Gen Ipad

RMA instructions
