top button didn't work, requested replacement, sat waiting with no phone for replacement for over 2 weeks, then they just issued a credit, I wish they would of told me no replacement would be sent.

just ordered replacement, replacement arrived, this one is blocked for either being stolen or non payment of bill, got to RMA that one as well.

will it be 3rd time is a charm?

Rating + 2 My JemJem Experience

I ordered two iPhone 4s refurbished phones from JemJem, but received one iPhone 4 and one iPhone 4s. Since the phones were needed as gifts to others, I didn't have the time to return the iPhone 4 for a 4s. I am disappointed and will probably not order from this company again. I think they should ship the requested phone and not an older model.

Rating + 1 Smashed and scratched phone

Refurbished doesn't mean the phone would come Smashed or scratched. The phone must come looking like new, or it would need a refurbishment. So, try to respect your customers, because it is not acceptable. I bought from other seller before and the phones came almost like new, only with acceptable small and light scratches.

These guys are super fast. Was not sure how long my order would send in so i contact them and got an immediate response saying my order was shipped. Two days later my order was there and was in the best condition possible, its like if i got it back when it was new out of the box. I would recommend buying from these guys.

Rating + 1 Been lied to

Supposedly my tablet that I ordered on 4/21 was shipped out on the 23rd. Well, I should say, it was shipped, just to the wrong address. I am still waiting and according to the tracking on USPS, this seller has re-shipped it to the SAME WRONG ADDRESS so I won't get it for another 2 weeks probably. As nice as the customer service rep is, it doesn't negate how inefficient and horrible the service has been. I would never recommend buying from this seller again and will make certain when I order my brother's tablet next week that I find a far more reliable seller!

No, do not buy from them. I got to store to activate my phone and it is a stolen phone!
Very embarrassing and frustrating, horrible seller, selling stolen goods.
No need to say any more! Except, rating scale does not go low enough, don't even deserve 1 egg.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
