Very fast to ship, and a great price. The instructions weren't for the brother cartridge I have, maybe a knock off brand.

I followed the instructions and printer is printer. The color of print out is very light and also instruction shows how to reset the toner end warning but i have the original toner (starter cartridge) and couldn't reset.

I'm so disappointed with the service we rec'd if I could rate -10..We rec'd the incorrect item..which I was able to verify..just because packing and invoice had the CORRECT ITEM doesn't mean they pulled the correct item off shelf..original order was 8-21-15..spoke with newegg Marvin X which sent email to Laser Tek with no response..I even sent email 9-3-15 no wasn't until I called newegg a 3rd time that that action was taken!!! in the mean time I placed another order #242255516 and paid two day shipping since we were out back in late aug!! MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT WE DID EVERYTHING WE COULD..NOW WE ARE HAVING TO PAY 2ND DAY SHIPPING AND A 15% RESTOCKING FEE??? WITH ALL THE HASSLE THIS HAS CAUSED WE WILL BE BUYING TONERS ELSE WHERE MAY BE A LITTLE MORE COSTLY BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILED GREATLY!!! NOW FIX IT AND WANT A REFUND OF SHIPPING $34.99 AND COMPLETE COST OF ORDER # 236046324 $164.94...

The printer arrived lickty split. I am still awaiting the delivery of the cartridge ordered back during the middle of December. ?? First it was del. to the P.O. Box not my residence. Then the fellow called to tell me their error. But that was at least a week ago, so I am still waiting and my work is held up because to this.

A problem with the drum was resolved by the seller who provided a replacement to me at no return shipping cost under their 100% satisfaction guarantee. The replacement worked as well as original Brother brand at a fraction of the cost. Do business with Laser Tek Services.

I ordered what I thought was HP 940 XL toner. The picture shown was of HP brand toner, and the description was "5 Pack Black and Color HP 940XL (HP 940) C4906AN". However, this was off-brand toner which does not work in my printer.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
