Rating + 1 Chain broke within a week

I bought this for my girlfriend because I thought it looked nice, but within a week of her wearing it, the chain broke apart for no reason at all. This isn't the first time one of their chains broke on me. Last year, I bought a different mabella necklace and shortly after, but not as quick as one week, that chain broke apart as well. The pendant looks pretty nice and carefully crafted though it is smaller than it looks online. I just can't believe such a second rate item can even be sold. This item would be fine if they only sold the pendant without a chain, because now I have to buy a chain anyways to replace the old one.

Recommendation: Don't buy from Mabella Fashion no matter how tempting it may be.

The pendant itself looks great for the price. The chain however broke within an hour. Very thin very weak and looked shoddy.

Seller Response:Customer brought this item on 1/29/14 and we shipped the package on 1/30/2014. Customer contact us for return and RMA#20151136 was issued on 2/24/2014.

Rating + 1 Shipping status is a no go

I ordered something on 2/16, it posted shipped with Tracking # on 2/18, it is now 2/25/2014 and the first scan has not shown up for the tracking. It seems that the package has not even been dropped off at the post office. I am considering requesting a refund and saying screw it.
Seller Response:We dropped the package on time. Customer requsted he didn't receive the pendant then we re-ship again. We checked the usps and customer received 2 packages.

Nice price, good quality merchandise. Delivery was right on time. My awesome lady friend likes this neclace so much! When I opened it, to check it out, there was not much light in the room, and I was like "Oh No!" -because the stone seemed so pale. -This is really a NICE stone -because in the light and from different angles the colors just POP! -And, BTW, she hasn't taken this necKlace off yet!

1. Little disappointed since I expected a more "silver" color appearance than the darker shade of the ring.
2. I especially like the beveled edges and the width and for me the fit was perfect at the one size.
3. A good replacement for a wedding banding of gold that is more likely to be lost.
