Sent Item back. Item was sent with no retail packaging as illustrated on Newegg's web site. The component pieces of the item were just put into a shipping envelope. The mobil charging cord was not in the envelope. And to top all of that, the part that actually help the phone was not for the Galaxy S4. It was for a smaller phone with the charge connection on the side of the phone, like an SCH-I510. So my overall rating of this company is "ZERO". I'm usually very tolerant about items ordered online, and I am verry satisfied with Newegg. I have bought a fair amount from you company and have had no complaints, but this company is not of Newegg's standards and should be looked at again. It only takes a few items sent like that to ruin a good reputation that your company has

It doesn't work!!!!

I ordered a case for my BlackBerry Z10 on March 28. Today is April 12 and still no case. I'd kinda like to have a case for my new phone. They have my money and my phone case.

Absolutely horrible.... the package came to NC and back to NY at least 3 times. It was within 1/2 mile of my house on one trip.... I complained to Newegg ( not our problem ) USPS ( not our problem ) and at least 5 times to Cell5str, only receiving a response once before delivery.... I would Never buy another thing from them and I hesitate buying from newegg.....I have told at least 50 people about thewat this transaction happened

Ordered cell phone case from these people and never received it. NewEgg was no help and just referred me to Cellular5Star. After several calls, was finally issued a refund. Then they sent me a RMA notice to return the item i never received. AVOID THESE people at all cost and shame on NewEgg for even being involved with them. NewEgg, you just lost a customer!

I placed an order for my cellphone case on 2/28. They email me claiming it was shipped on 3/1. However, according to the shipping records, the shipping label was ONLY printed on 3/2. It was not actually sent to the sorting facility for processing until 3/8 and finally delivered 3/11.

When I did received my cellphone case, it was the wrong one, a much cheaper one. When I called and inquired about the error, they stated that from the time I placed my order to the time it shipped, it became out of stock. Instead of notifying me, a much cheaper one had been sent instead, "on accident." I am still awaiting resolution on this issue. I have yet to receive any emails from them; no compensation has been given or offered.

Save yourself the time and grievance. I would highly recommend going elsewhere, somewhere more honest. Don't be fooled by the 4 egg overall review. Over 20% of the reviews have been negative.

Good price, item was new and as advertised, shipping was prompt...I give them 5 eggs. 'nuff said.

Quick shipping, item as described. Payment process a little lengthy slowing down the shipping time a bit though. overall not bad though.
