Rating + 1 Slow Shipping, Poor Customer Service

I ordered an S3 Otterbox on December 12. It still hasn't arrived, and USPS tracking indicates only a label has been printed. I have emailed and attempted to call, and received an answer to neither.

Spend the extra $5 and buy your stuff somewhere else - these guys are a joke!

The tracking number was assigned and the item was never shipped. I had to ask for a refund. The whole thing was very strange, not like my usual Newegg experience at all.

Ordered an Otterbox for an S3 on 5Aug, received an email with a tracking number on 6Aug. The shipping label was printed but my order apparently hasn't even gotten to the post office yet. Oh, yeah, that's another thing, they use USPS. Who uses USPS???? I've called Cellular5Star several times, no one answers. Newegg customer support says they can't do anything about it. In my opinion, when you decide to partner with a company their poor customer support is your poor customer support. I've been a regular Newegg customer since 2004 and mistakenly assumed that any marketplace order would receive the same level of service as a Newegg order.

Rating + 1 Buyer beware

Purchased a Ballistic iphone case. The screen is very grainy it was unusable. I emailed the company as their postcard with my order mentioned my satisfaction was their goal requesting a return for refund (per the sales terms). No reply after three emails over a week. Not worth calling and wasting more time with them. I guess I will cut my losses and auction the product on a global auction website (can't mention the website name).

Payment was processed immediately after my order. Tracking number was issued but no further movement on my item 8 days after item was supposedly shipped. Contact phone number for company is now disconnected.

Sent the item back to the seller after the wrong item was shipped. Two weeks later, I still haven't received a replacement or spoke with anyone about my return.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
