The web site described the memory as HP brand and it's a generic. I don't have the computer so I can't comment on the memory but Newegg didn't deliver what was advertised. Hopefully the memory will perform up to spec once it's installed. I'll be back with an update later this week once it's installed.

They sent me an iPhone 4 otterbox case instead of the iPhone 5 that I ordered. RMA request through the website was never answered. The phone number listed does not work either. Newegg is taking care of the issue of course. Don't even bother saving the $5. Just purchase through Newegg!

Item would not charge, and did not include mounting sticker to mount on dash. My friend had the mounting sticker included, and when emailed seller about these issues, they were no help, and very rude. Lucky it was a cheap item. Ill take the loss, but Good luck if you decide to deal with these people, especially if its for a big ticket item. I would not recommend! Stay away!!They take advantage just because its an online purchase. Horrible customer support. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
