My brief "not brief" experience.
1. Placed order on 3/6, the item was labeled as in stock 2. The item "ships" on 3/8 and I get a tracking number that doesn't work and the carrier is "6" 3. I call tech support on 3/8, no answer, but I leave a voice mail 4. I tried their site (they have a tracking page). It doesn't work and it dumps a good 10 jQuery errors 5. I then try the "contact us" page and sent them a message on 3/8 as well. 6. No reply or call back in a week. I called tech support again and no one picked up. So I tried their "live chat" help option. From here I was able to get a hold of someone and they finally provided me with a correct tracking number. She said the order was on the truck and being shipped to me. Only thing is, it was shipped out that day.. 03/22. So it had actually not shipped until I called them! I finally got the item on 03/26. But, with all the hassel, I will not do business with this company again. If you decide to, be prepared to be disappointed.

Tigersupplies sells a good product at a fair price, but they require diligent supervision. Oder confirmations contain wrong or misleading shipping information. They don't answer the phone and don't return calls. I reached them by calling and emailing frequently for about 2 days. Once I got hold of someone it was easier, but getting the correct shipping information took 2 or 3 more conversations. Persist and pin them down for the correct tracking # and your order will arrive just fine. Allow an extra week of lead time to chase them around, but you'll save a little money for your trouble.

Who writes the shipping carrier as a "truck"? I have a random tracking number for my shipment that is arriving via "truck." Well, I guess I'll be out on the lookout for said "truck." Seriously, who can't take the time to specify who the carrier is?

I did a Google search for the brand and part number listed above which is for a chair. Newegg came through the Google search as the cheapest and I've done business with Newegg before so I purchased the chair. What I received were arm rest for the chair pictured in the description and not one set, but two even though I supposedly ordered ONE CHAIR. I called Newegg and even they thought I purchased a chair through the description, then to my surprise they told me I would have to deal with some company called Tiger Supplies since the item came from them. This was the first time I've ever heard of them so I went along with it and tried to contact them. Nobody ever answers the phone at Tiger Supplies and when you make a selection from the voice prompts it either asks you leave a message or simply hangs up. I've decided to just dispute the transaction with my card since Newegg has given me the impression that their hands are tied. So buyer beware from dealing with Tiger Supplies!!!

Placed order from TigerSupplies & Newegg on 12/15. Newegg successfully delivered before TigerSupplies could finish processing their own order. Received incorrect merchandise from TigerSupplies on 12/21, and TigerSupplies was contacted that day. Received RMA on 12/24, TigerSupplies received the RMA on 12/28. Over a week passed so I contacted TigerSupplies for an explanation, where I was only told the product would be shipped that day on 1/7. Finally received the correct merchandise on 1/12. Shipping for the replacement was the same standard shipping used to mail the order initially.
What's also disappointing is that TigerSupplies charged $12.60 for shipping and handling. When I had to RMA the same product back using the same shipping service, it only cost me around $4. Considering that, after everything was said and done, it took nearly a month to receive my order. Product was otherwise in good condition and as described. I would not order from TigerSupplies again.

Placed order on 6/25/12. Finally had to inquire with NewEgg on 6/28 why order status still showed awaiting credit card approval when in fact it had already been charged to PayPal. Then on 6/28 received a shipping number from NewEgg that was in fact the order number. Waited until 7/6 for delivery and finally checked with Tigersupplies and was given a UPS number by reply email. Order finally arrived on 7/13. That works out to 18 days. No information was ever forthcoming Tigersupplies until I inquired. When I received the order the shipping papers indicated it had been backordered. But no one ever bothered to keep me up to date. NewEgg has spoiled me so that this type of customer service on the part of Tigersupplies is not satisfactory.
