Rating + 1 Almost Good

I purchased a bike from them and it was shipped to me in a damaged condition. I called there customer service and got a quick resolution to the problem as they gave me a shipping lable to send it back and sent a replacement. The replacement however was also damaged the same way as the first one so they really need to pack their products better. Now I have tried to contact the customer service but have not received any response for over a week now. So will have to take the bike in to a repair shop instead most likely.

Terrible service, send me bad unit only ran at the top speed. Caught me off guard and got me injured. Ignored my return request so far. Still dealing with them.

Item arrived electrically or electronically dead....called seller, they sent a replacement (turned out to be a newer version of the model I bought) treadmill and told me to keep the bad the seller is very good...replacement works fine...

Rating + 1 Item received damaged, poor customer service

The treadmill I purchased was received damaged and unusable, I believe due to poor packaging/shipping. When I reported the issue to Shop247 they said that because it was an open box unit, they were not responsible and I needed to contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim...obviously warranties do not cover damage due to negligent shipping. I contacted Shop247 several times in attempt to resolve the issue, and sent pictures showing the damage. They have not offered any sort of refund, return, or replacement whatsoever, and have since stopped replying to my emails.

It does exactly what it's supposed to and is quite sturdy,I like the strap that limits how far it goes so I can adjust it further as I get used to the inversion.

Rating + 3 Quality should improve

Although it is a much affordable alternative the company needs to improve their processes. The unit I receive came with a broken plastic guide. It does not affect its function it is just cosmetic. The assembly guide is confusing, makes you believe some screws and nuts are missing when they're not.

Rating + 1 Palm Springs Rattan Outdoor Cooler

If there was a rating for no eggs, I would have selected it. We purchased an outdoor rattan cooler which looks great with our rattan deck furniture. We received it at the end of March so did not put in on our deck until a month later when it got warmer. The lid hinge & screws rusted & worst of all, the interior liner bowed up from heat when the temps haven't even been above 80 degrees yet. The seller was hard to contact, & when connected, asked me to send pictures of the defects. After reviewing my photos they said it wasn't for "outdoor use" !!! & there was nothing they could do since it was over 30 days (I re-explained for the first 30 days it was indoors, hence no problems.) I've sent them a follow-up email stating this is unacceptable & want to speak to a manager - NO RESPONSE. NewEgg offered me a gift card at half the price I paid & said since it was a marketplace retailer, that was all they could do. The item has been removed from their site. DO NOT DEAL WITH

Rating + 1 Bad Experience - Product broken and no response

This has been a poor experience thus far. I purchased a treadmill through this company, used it two times and now it no longer works. I have been trying to contact the seller over the past week (3 separate emails) with no response. They don't seem to value their customers or take pride in selling quality products. Not recommended. I'm hoping this will prompt someone to review my emails and at least offer me a response.

RMA Policy
    Merchandise purchased at Shop247 may be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of receipt provided that they are returned brand new and in the original packaging. Return the goods with a note that includes your request, order number, full name, email and we'll contact you when it arrives to arrange credit. The customer will be responsible for the postage costs to return equipment to us. There will also be a re-stock fee equal to 20% of the purchase price of any returned item.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
