Only one of my 3 items was shipped due to a messup between newegg and the company. When I contacted them they had the other items shipped and over to UPS withing hours. I would definitely use them again. Customer service was fast as ligntening. Thanks for making it all right. I have my bulbs and am good to go.

A few things i did not appreciate:
- Purchasing an item through newegg and having to deal with another vendor to resolve a problem. - Buying a product that went bad after 2 hours. Things that were okay - Thankfully the vendor was responsive and gave me a refund no questions asked - Paid for return shipping label (didnt expect that) - I still have not received my refund but communication surrounding the refund is good and i feel confident i will receive it.

I bought a lamp for my sony tv, it looks worse then before when my old lamp was going out! Pink stripe on top of screen and blue on the bottom. Before I changed it I had a great picture but the tv would shut off after a bit with a pop up that says the lamp was going out. The tv stays on now and no more pop upbut the pink and blue lines are awful! I did have it sent to me in a timely manner though..

So, first off, it was my own stupidity for ordering the wrong item. Literally one letter was different in the model, and I'm ashamed that it happened. But, I tried calling Tri Dot not even 12 hours later to cancel the order, and the representative that was on the phone was dumbfounded on why I would want to return an item, and wouldn't cancel the package. I called again, got a different rep, and she told me I couldn't cancel it because it was already shipped. It wasn't even a full day later, the money wasn't taken out of my account, and the package didn't come for another two weeks after that.I finally got around to sending it back to them, after I had to pay for a shipping label, and they are making me pay a 15% re-stocking fee. Again, I realize my own stupidity, but that is honestly terrible customer service, and I would never recommend Tri Dot Innovation to anyone I know because of this

Have overall had a good experience so far. Bought 2 laptop batteries for 2 different laptops,one works great and the other one charged once and would not charge again sent it back and am waiting to see if I will receive a replacement battery.

Gave this marketplace seller a shot and was impressed. Projector bulb arrived quickly and double packed just as it should. Have already ordered a second one. Will leave more feedback when that one arrives as well.

The lamp worked right away and was easy to install. The only concern is the hours the lamp will last.

I order a replacement battery for a dell inspiron 1545 on my wifes laptop as a valentines gift..
They (Tri Dot Inv.) shipped the wrong battery. It wount even fit into my laptop. Called NewEgg immediately and they said its not there problem and to call Tri Dot and RMA it. I asked newegg to re-order another oneimmediately and charge my credit card as to reduce the "DOWN TIME" associated with returning items, they said no. I will not order anything in the future that involves a "Third party vendor"

I received two units; one was missing the voltage label and the input voltage switch broke on the other the first time I used it. The outputs were also wrong when measured. Would not buy them again.
