THIS WAS MY SECOND ORDER FROM LASER TEK SERVICES AND IN EACH CASE I ORDERED 4 TONER CARTRIDGES FOR MY CANON PRINTER. NOT ONLY DID I GET QUALITY AND EXCELLENT VALUE, BUT IN ONE SITUATION WHEN I NEEDED ANSWERS TO A PROBLEM THAT I HAD, IT WAS QUICKLY ANSWERED BY A GENTLEMAN NAMED IAN WHO RESPONDED AT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER PRINTED ON THE BOX LABEL.

First of all when you look at the review, it looks like they are original dell ink cartridges. What they REALLY are is dell cartridges they have refilled. The black cartridges seemed to work a fraction of the time a normal OEM would and the color I have struggled with going back and fourth between the two sets i purchased, for months getting them to print any pages. They printed one faded page and are dead! Real garbage and false advertising! Shame on NewEgg for even selling these!

This toner does not work. After sending Laser Tek Services e-mails inquiring about this defect, I expected that the company would at least respond. But no. They do not care about their customers at all.

The products delivered were very good, but unlike my previous purchase, were a little slow to ship, without explanation or any indication that it would be the case. Fortunately, I didn't need the ink cartridges quickly, as I did the previous time, but if I had, there would have been a problem.

We ordered refurbered cartridges for the first time and both cartridges came with broken pieces thus requiring for us to ship them back. Not only did we have to wait a week after we ordered them to receive them, now we are waiting another week to receive new ones and get mailing labels to ship the other ones back. Although the customer service department was quite apologetic and were very helpful it still doesn't help us out since we now have to be without the cartridges which we paid for.

Not sure whose fault this was but I received my package with ink exploded everywhere inside it. The black powdery stuff was quickly all over my hands and I looked inside and saw a zip lock plastic sandwich bag (also covered in black fine black powdered dust) containing something and then another container in the bag. Now, I don't know if this happened during shipping or what but it was all over my hands and was not fun to clean up. I opened the package with a knife in my bedroom and quickly regretted it. No clue if the product works well or not as I just dumped the whole mess in the garbage and was done with it. Again, if this was something the post office did to inspect it or whatever then this isn't a fair rating but the way it arrived was unacceptable and messy. I took pictures but I can't put URLs in here so ... yeah.

Was sent 2 cartridges first time, only one the second time. All not compatible. Bought cartridge from Samsung direct due to lost time and productivity. Am sending Newegg original 2 cartridges back and expect full refund.

Absolute terrible replacement cartridge. During operation, toner spills out of cartridge on to the paper. Printer pages have solid black streaks. Terrible product. Spend the extra 30 bucks for a real cartridge.
