The printer arrived lickty split. I am still awaiting the delivery of the cartridge ordered back during the middle of December. ?? First it was del. to the P.O. Box not my residence. Then the fellow called to tell me their error. But that was at least a week ago, so I am still waiting and my work is held up because to this.

A problem with the drum was resolved by the seller who provided a replacement to me at no return shipping cost under their 100% satisfaction guarantee. The replacement worked as well as original Brother brand at a fraction of the cost. Do business with Laser Tek Services.

I ordered what I thought was HP 940 XL toner. The picture shown was of HP brand toner, and the description was "5 Pack Black and Color HP 940XL (HP 940) C4906AN". However, this was off-brand toner which does not work in my printer.

We purchased the ink, it did not indicate it was refurbished, the printer does not recognize the ink cartridges.

Installed the ink cartridges, the printing was terrible. Opened up to reseat the cartridges and found them leaking and pooling in the printer! Immediately removed all of the cartridges, cleaned up the printer. Ordered and installed original manufacturer cartridges. Had to run the "cleaning" operation a couple of times to get the nozzles working again but then worked great again with the original manufacturer cartridges. I do NOT recommend these! You definitely only get what you pay for in this case!

Rating + 1 Wrong package

I ordered a 2 pack cartridge of toner, had to have it by the weekend. It came but completely the wrong order. Poor person in MN we have their order in OR. Where ours is no one knows. Newegg couldn't help us, just gave us the sellers contact information. Of course they are not open on the weekend like they said they would be. So we are completely stuck and not very satisfied.

    At Laser Tek Services® our return policy is very lenient, offering a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all unopened/unused items within 90 days from date of purchase. Any defective or damaged merchandise has a full warranty for 365 days from the date of purchase. If the item is defective please contact our staff at 877-945-2737 or email us at and we will provide a return shipping label and send out a replacement free of charge. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 – 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
