is this a full tower or a mid tower?

Words mean different things to different people. The tower is 19 inches tall (but some plugs are in the top of tower as well).

is this computer upgradeable? ie graphics card, power supply and anything else???? thanks

You can upgrade it, I put more ram in and another graphics card to push 3 or 4 monitors but I did not like how the system was built. They did not attache the second hard drive and the front ports on both systems I purchased failed almost immediately after purchase. I'd recommend looking at a different manufacture.
