How do I get the meter counter?

The meter counter is under the button on the operation panel marked, Status Monitor/Cancel button, devis status, then hit OK, then scroll down to counter and hit OK, that is the page count on the machine. Hope this helps

How easy is it to print an #10 envelope? Separate tray? Adjustable slides?

Once you have machine set up as your printer. Load envelope in bypass tray and then at your PC choose the paper source to print to and choose the bypas tray.

does it have a fax port (line in)?

no, i believe this machine does not have fax capabilities, I only see a ethernet and usb port on the back of the machine and not a fax line
