Can I use this and replace my home internet service that I have with Comcast...I use my internet very very little to check emails and surf occassionally...also what and where do i connect this?

Yes you can. This MiFi device lets you connect to the Sprint 3G or 4G LTE Cellular Service thru the local cell towers that supply the Sprint network. The connection speed may be slower than the Comcast network, but it is plenty fast enough for Email and browsing. FreedomPop has many different plans to serve your needs. how does this compare with ATT Uverse? does it work the same? do i have to change my email etc if I drop ATT?  if so, what email address would i get and where would i get it? please help me understand how this works. i would really like to have a trouble free wifi and cut my current costs. thank you.

U-Verse is a broadband home internet service, FreedomPop is a mobile network (running on Sprint LTE in case of this device) - similar to AT&T Wireless.  Replacing home broadband with mobile might be possible, if your monthly bandwidth use is very low.

It will support LTE on any of the Sprint bands (800, 1900, 2500) with or without aggregation, as well as 1xRTT/EVDO rev A (800/1900).  WiFi module supports b/g/n, 2.4GHz only, with WEP, WPA or WPA2.
