Great Access Point
Pros: Couple this thing with a TP-LINK TL-ANT2408C and watch it go. We use these a lot in home automation systems, and with two of these we can easily cover 10000 square feet with the 8dbi antenna.
Cons: No cons.
Other Thoughts: We have never had to replace one of these in the two years we have been using them (when they first came out). All of the TP-Link equipment is super reliable, and at a great price!

Pros: Nice look good packaging, works well nice strong signal
Cons: as others have said kinda dificult to set up
Other Thoughts: I set this up for a friend there office was on the other side of house from verizon dsl modem. I had a difficult time figuring the thing out in fact i never could get it to work with verizons wep configuration had to shut it off in order for it to work as a repeater. its a great strong signal but setup is tedious .

Not Good With iPads
Pros: It's a nice unit with a good configuration interface and seems to have a strong signal. It comes with a PoE injector which is a nice plus if you want to remotely power it. Our laptops connect nicely using WPA2/AES and have good signal strength over most of our office.
Cons: Unfortunately trying to get it to work with iPads is infuriating. None of the 3 iPads I have access to could connect using WPA/WPA2. Two of them can connect using WEP but the third can't connect to this unit no matter what settings I used even after resetting the iPads network settings. All three iPads could connect to my Linksys AP in WPA2/AES mode without issue but strangely they won't connect to it in WEP mode.
Other Thoughts: I'm sure this is mostly an iPad issue as a lot of people are having issues like this. Hopefully the IOS 4.2 update will cure these Wi-Fi problems.
