Can the Razer Blade Pro be upgraded to higher than 256 GB SSD? I'm not sure 256 GB will be enough.

Yes it can. I recommend a 1TB SSD (make sure it's mSATA or it won't fit) for all your long term storage needs, but size is up to you. Remove the screws from the underside of the Blade Pro and you'll find the stock mSATA near the bottom/front. Before you drive-swap, plug in an external enclosure for the new mSATA and clone your drive, then make the changeup. Hope this helps!

The drive size seems small. If I upgrade the drive, how can I copy over everything in the given drive into a drive with more storage?

The best way to copy over the contents of your drive to a new drive is to clone the current drive to the new, bigger drive. Western Digital usually includes a free utility on their new drives and it's as simple as plugging it in and running the program. There are also free utilities available to download to help clone your data to the new drive.

Does the Razer Blade Pro come with free apps like photoshop?

No, Photoshop? Really? That's about a $600 program.  It doesn't come with any free apps.  It is, however, an awesome laptop!

Can I buy it with Windows 7?

No. Newegg does not customize third party OEM equipment, and very few laptop makers are even shipping Windows 7 any more.

Can it be upgraded to 16GB RAM?

It can be. The thing with that though is you actually have to take the metal plate off the bottom and do a little more dismembering before you can replace the chips. So far it's done superb with everything that I've thrown at it and never went above 35% ram used. As for upgrading it, having it opened up under any circumstance voids the warranty on it. So if you think the extra 8 gigs would be worth it, go right ahead, I would have it done professionally though. And if you have it done professionally, make sure they have experience working with the Razer Blades.

I don't think so. this balde pro comes with 256GB SSD. i didn't see 512GB SSD version.

Question for Owners of this machine.  How user friendly is it for you guys? I have read that there have been problems with the Switchblade tech and other things, but is that a major deal breaker? Is this thing usable everyday?

Fluid, I have yet to find anything severely wrong or a nuisance to this machine. The only thing that i see is not leaving the battery in while gaming with SLI to save the battery.
