Pros: Works great.

Cons: The plastic where the cradle connects to the arm snapped on first use.

Pros: It's cool looking.

Cons: Broke on the first time trying to position it correctly. Worst investment ever.

Other Thoughts: If the joint that attaches to the flex pipe was of better construction and didn't snap I would of loved this product

Pros: Simple to use, good FM reception, charges devices quickly.

Cons: Depending on the position of the cigarette lighter jack in your car it may be difficult to mount this properly.

Connecting the wires to your phone every time you get in/out of your car is also a bit annoying but this is not the product's fault.

Other Thoughts: Maybe it was a bad batch but this thing does not bode well in temperatures less than 5C. Left it in my car over night and the glue that holds it together was non-existent in the morning.

Also Newegg mentions this product has a 3-year warranty (which it does), however the manufacturer will not ship to Canada so if you have issues after the first 30 days and don't live in the U.S. you are basically out of luck.

Pros: The device works better than I thought it would.

The sound quality via the FM Tuner is excellent. I will say that it might be a challenge to find a real clean and clear frequency from time to time, but the device helps with this and scans for the best at your current location.

The volume was also impressively loud, considering it was coming off the headphone jack of my phone.

I was able to position the phone using the gooseneck in the perfect spot in my car. I have a Ford Explorer, so the cigarette jack is higher on the dash than most cars, but it worked really well. What you can't see in the pictures or from the description on newegg is how many adjustments they have to angle the device just right. This was quite nice, as I was able to angle it just the way I wanted it.

Cons: These are minor issues, so I wouldn't hold it against the device too much, but the build quality feels a bit cheap, I plan to be very careful with it, as I use it. I didn't expect much more for the price.

Once the device is hooked up, you have wires sticking out all over the place, I took some time and tied them back, so they are not as noticeable, but this is something to consider.

The design of the device relies on the cigarette jack to hold everything in place. It was a tight fit on my car, but if you have a loose jack, it might not work for you. I actually used the connection wires to help stabilize the unit to my dash. This also helps it from bouncing around while driving.

Other Thoughts: I am using a HTC EVO 3D (V) 4G with the Otterbox Commuter case and its as if they designed the phone mount for this setup. It fits like a glove and all the necessary connection jacks are available and easy to access.

When you use the device, you have to hook up both your head phone jack and the USB jack for power. This takes a few seconds each time you get in the car, but if you want to power your phone and use your car stereo for sound, this is required.
