1 out of 5 eggsnot working

Pros: Sounds well was unable to use more than one day.

Cons: stopped working after one day and connecting it to the ASE management software. IT connected, I made no changes and had to reboot the ASE to down load the new firmware. after the reboot of the ASE the power on the head will not turn on. changed out the batteries with new ones, and the power on doesn't turn on on the head set.

Other Thoughts: contacted tech support via e-mail will have to wait until they send me a fix or RMA. More junk from China.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Headphones

Pros: Absolutely astounding! these things rock my gaming world! 2 way bluetooth so if your a ps3 gamer you can stream music from your vita, game on your system, and talk on the phone all at the same time. These thing sound so good. Im running these on pc myself, not even using optical just rocking the rca outputs and even that sounds amazing. no complaints at all from me

Cons: umm.... not waterproof??

Other Thoughts: these things had a bit of an issue at first with sound cutting out every now and then. guess you just have to break em in cause after a couple days of use, no more issues at all. only thing is, these things suck batteries down like the plague. If you get these, you gotta be willing to throw down the money up front and get you some good rechargeable AA batteries. It will save you lots of money in the long run and keep you up and running constantly cause if your like me, you wont ever want to be stuck without power and have to settle for less on your sound. It makes a huge difference gaming.

3 out of 5 eggsPX5

Pros: Awesome sound quality.
Very customizable.
Easy to use program to operate headphones
Comfortable

Cons: A little complicated in the beginning
You can pickup static if your cell phone or router is nearby. This causes irritating static noises and isn't worth it in the end if you want to stay sane.

Other Thoughts: I didnt have any problems with it until I switched apartments now I get static way too much, but if you don't think it will be an issue these are definitely worth the buy.
I recommend rechargeable batteries

5 out of 5 eggsWatching Movies

Pros: I bought these mostly to watch movies on my PC (bluetooth is only necessary if you want to use the mic). When I did a sound channel test I was initially unimpressed with the surround sound imaging. The rear channels sound like they're coming from the side, and the difference between the side and rear channels is small. But when watching a movie, that overall impression was much better than I expected. I'd rather use these than my cheap home theater.

Cons: The headphones didn't pair with the base the first three times I tried even though the headphones announced that the pairing was complete. The manual doesn't include instructions for using a PC or blu-ray player as the source. That information is buried in Turtle Beach's online FAQ. The range is a little baffling; I can get a couple rooms away with no problems, but reception cuts out if I put my hand on the cup to change the volume. They're sensitive to anything really close, like a pillow. Battery wise, it would've been nice if the base could charge.

2 out of 5 eggsall of my nope

Pros: wireless and bluetooth, a blessing really, when it works. You can use both RF and bluetooth at the very same time which is very nice. e.g. you can play and her the game sounds while you play music on your phone.

I have had this headphones over a year now , they do still " work", i guess the quality is good, but not without so many connection problems described below.

Cons: Sound quality is just plain bad. They honestly sound to me like the headphones i used to get at the dollar store when i was young. i have tried all the settings even downloaded a preset with more bass from the TB website, still never happy with the sound quality. Signal breaks often even when i'm 3 feet away from the receiver, i have tried different tweaks, shutting down my wireless router, etc, you name it. signal breaks often. They are also too big or i have a small head, which is not a problem with at least 2 pairs of headphones from other high end brands. no noise reduction at all, but i guess this could be again because i cannot achieve a snug fit to my head.

Other Thoughts: Unfortunately not many brands offer a wireless RF and bluetooth combo that actually works.

5 out of 5 eggsSick Headphones

Pros: These things sound friggin amazing. Granted you’re spending 200 bucks for a pair of headphones but these things are truly bad-to-the-bone. You can download software to customize all kinds of frequencies and bandwidths…they give you the ability to pretty much target or enhance any range of sounds. After I found out you can make yourself sound like Satan or a chipmunk via chat I was sold. They also have the ability to connect to most bluetooth devices...works like a charm on my PC, phone, console, etc.... You can also run the sound out of the processing tower to your home stereo which is pretty cool as well...

Cons: Price....but with the wireless technology, sound quality, and functionality it’s worth it.

Other Thoughts: After having to examine my head for spending 200 bucks on a pair of gaming headphones I can say they're worth every penny. Enough tweaking options to keep any gadget head busy for hours...

5 out of 5 eggsAMAZING HEADPHONES!!

Pros: Amazing headphones! 7.1 surround using the optical is amazing!! I love the processing from the tower! You can customize all the sounds and they honestly sound better than those horrible beats.

Cons: They run on AA batteries but i can get 12 a buck at the dollar tree. With regular Duracell i can get 8-10 hours when running sound and bluetooth and 9-12 hours when running just the headphones. On the cheap batteries about 6-9 hours. If you just buy rechargeables then you are good to go.

Sometimes there is a little audio glitch for like a half second due to them being on 2.4ghz frequency but not a huge issue.

When using the analog and not optical, it is not quite as good of sound imo.

Other Thoughts: I wanted to focus on the cons more because that is what matters and are more facts than pros. no reason to knock off an egg.

4 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Well idk fi i wrote a review it says i didnt so here we go.... This headset is the best wireless headset i have ever used ITS AMAZING... Wireless items tend to be horrible because of connection and eating batteries. This head set is very nice quailty prob the best turtle beach on the market.

Check the cons!!!

Cons: i removed an egg for some reasons.. price is too much 250$ i got ti discounted for 212$ which is still alot... if u need a replacement for a broken part its pricey$$ the mic is good, but i guess my bro abused it or something idk maybe mic just doesnt last long and a replacement is like 20$ cause of shipping -_- thats crazy talk....

Also i cant use it no more cause my router is next to my desktop now and the digital amp and router has same frequency so yea..... thats bad i guess its gonna be used for ps3 only now....

Also last but not least it eats batteries I would recommend some high mAh or w.e rechargeable batteries cause they get eaten alive.

Other Thoughts: Other than that its boss

2 out of 5 eggsTypical Turtle Beach

Pros: Always great sound

Cons: You just bought headphones for almost the same price as a PS3
Typical Turtle Beach headphones will give out after a few months of regular use
