Question 1

Ok im most likeley going to get this computer but i would like to know how good is the inbuilt wifi? is the case sturdy or flimsy? how is the cable managment? is the graphix card water cooled?

The wifi is fine, no issues, the vid card isn't water cooled, (the cpu is) but the case design plus options to add a ton more fans keep it (and everything else) at very stable temps. And room to add more water cooling as well.
Cable management is excellent, plenty of room on the back side panel to hide the cables, I have mine set up perfectly.

Only few things to consider are 1. a bigger power supply (it's fine as is, but could be an issue as you add more powered accessories.) I changed mine to a modular HX 850). 2. the motherboard is a micro, so adding more to it could be an issue (sli).

But it is still very mod-able, I've added a ton of fans, peripheral devices, LEDS, cold cathodes, another fan controller, HD cooler, etc.
Even modded the side panel for a larger window.
 
I'm a tech, gamer and enthusiast, and can say I absolutely love this machine, it's a monster, runs anything I throw at it on full ultimate settings, case design is awesome and very well made. 
Overall this is a great machine for the money, highly recommended!

Question 2

When i get this PC will Windows be loaded on to the SSD?  If not how can i get it there. ALso i was wondering how i could put only windows on the SSD and have everything else route to the HDD, such as games and programs

Windows was loaded onto the SSD so it boots really fast. The SSD is the primary drive so new programs that are installed will want to be installed onto it by default. I'm notsure if tthere's an easier way but what I did was create my own program files folders on the data drive and manually told every program I installed to install there. I was having some problems with my data drive recently though and I was forced to format it twice.I'm not sure if it's a defect with the PC or what. All I know is that I nearly wasted all the money I put into this PC.

Does this come with a monitor?

No, it does not come with a monitor. The GTX 770 graphics card has two DVI ports and one HDMI port.  Also, the onboard graphics has a one VGA port, one DVI port, and one HDMI port.   I have not tested the onboard graphics.

i am looking for a pc that will be able to smoothly run open world games such as War z, Day z, Arma 3 etc etc. (want them to run smoothly on TOP settings and graphics) is there anything you can tell me about this, if it would be good for those types of games, im sort of new to PC gaming and often find myself confused. cooling capabilities etc and what problems i may run into? thank you for your time.

According to the listing, this computer is out of stock now. But to answer your question: this rig is more than sufficient to smoothly run open world games at 1080p. I got mine in November and love it--I'm a big gamer and haven't had to use anything less than the highest settings for every game I've played. For reference, this includes Bioshock Infinite, Dark Souls 2, the new Tomb Raider reboot, Farcry 3, etc. Farcry 3 is the only true open-world game in this list, but the post-processing and shading are far more sophisticated than DayZ's (which as you know is really Arma 2... I haven't played Arma 3, but I can't imagine this computer having problems with it)

If you're new to PC gaming, I wouldn't worry about cooling so long as it is sufficient. (Water cooling is usually overkill) There is so much to learn, but the single most important thing to consider as a gamer is the graphics card. Find the card that you want first (don't ever choose the newest one. Wait for the price to drop and the bugs to get worked out--cards can't be tested for every game, so there are always issues. And know that a newer card will always be coming out in a few months), filter for that card in the search field, then look at processor speed/type, and *then* worry about the rest.

I'm not allowed to post links here, but a good site for video card comparison is Tom's Hardware. It gets pretty technical, but the bottom line recommendations are all you really need. Incidentally, they are huge fans of the GTX770 (they name it their top "enthusiast" pick), which is what this system has. I recommend it as well: the next few better-performing cards are all just a little better for a lot more money. The ones that are much better (which you don't need as a gamer unless you're running multiple 4k screens or something) are three times as much.

With the liquid cooling what exactly do I need to do right out of the box?

I think it's a contained system that doesn't require any maintenance or setup. I did not have to do anything. Instructions in the box say just make sure parts did not disconnect during shipment but that is it.

Does this computer come in different color cases?

The Phantom cases come in various colors, but I think this is a package deal with the white case and blue led lighting. It looks pretty nice in person.

The specs says the computer has a 15" screen size, does that mean it ships with a monitor?

I got this rig back in December, so they might've changed something since then but I definitely did not get a monitor. Also, thinking about it, a 15'' screen sounds strange nowadays...

Its an ASRock motherboard. Its a mini motherboard with 1 pci express slot which i used for my wifi range extender. I cannot remember the exact model. Sorry i cannot help more

Does the graphics card have duel outputs, so I can connect to two monitors or will I have to buy a new card?

What type of CPU cooler is there?

Corsair Liquid cooled unit only applied to the CPU. There are ports in the tower to expand your liquid cooling needs however*. But as of this moment I don't see the necessity in expanding it. I run multiple games and there really isn't much of a heating situation.
