Will run either extremely clean. Bought this for my little brother who plays dark souls and WoW religiously. I also got him 8gb more ram, but the power behind this pc will be more than enough to run your two games at relatively high settings.

If I was to purchase this desktop, will it handle 3 monitors with no issues?  My laptop isn't quite cutting it.

This system can support 3 monitors, however 1 of the 3 monitors will need to be plugged in using the DP output of the video card.

Both of those cards have the same power requirements and you do not need to upgrade the PSU in order to make the VC swap.

this is a msi H81M3 motherboard, it has fast boot, usb3.0. You can switch to another mother board, but one thing you have to know is once you switch to another motherboard, you may have to get another OS disk.
