What is the clock speed of the RAM in this machine?

CPU-Z is showing 1066mhz. So that number multiplied by two, and the clock speed would be 2132mhz.

It doesnt say, and I was wondering if this comes with a windows CD? Also can you install an SSD in this machine?

This computer comes preloaded with Windows but doesn't come with a CD.  Also,  there are extra slots available if you wanted to install a SSD.  Also suggest getting a wireless card as this computer only accepts a LAN cable.  Installed a wireless card and it worked flawlessly.

You should have no issues at all. I can't justify using any program with Windows 10 though because I immediately uninstalled it and replaced with Windows 7. It's very responsive running multiple hardware demanding programs. I'd also recommend purchasing an ssd if I were you as they have come down in price which I'm certainly going to do in the future. Yes to all of the above! This case has mounting points for up to 8 HDD's, you may connect an external hard-drive via the usb connections on either the front or the back, and the partition can be done by utilizing Window's "Disc Management".
