4 out of 5 eggsNo treble adjustment, but still OK.

Pros: Not too bad for a fairly good inexpensive sound with pretty good bass, maybe too good because I have to turn it down to keep speaker from making an overload noise on heavy vibrating bass. I use it on my smart phone and have an instant sound system. It sounds as good as a system I just paid twice as much for. The blue light is frosted so it's not too bright at all.

Cons: There is no treble adjustment and it is preset pretty high so a pair of socks over them works.
The volume and bass adjustment wheels are way too small.
The bass driver sometimes rattles under extreme high bass.but still sounds really good at lower volumes and high if the bass is turned down some.

Other Thoughts: Package arrived from seller with a big hole on one edge and the item was sliding around inside the shipping box due to insufficient padding, but luckily the item packaging was secure...

5 out of 5 eggsReliable and Durable

Pros: Cheap, durable, sound great

Cons: Can't think of any

Other Thoughts: I've been using this system (an older model) for 10 years for gaming, music, movies, etc. They work just as well now as they did a decade ago. It's a computer speaker system so there's not really any way to expand the number of speakers or extend the speakers like a home theater system, but for what they are they've performed spectacularly. System has held up after multiple moves with no signs of deterioration.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price

Pros: They really do offer a lot of bang for the buck. Coupled with an equalizer on the computer, you can definitely optimize the sound output. Even better is that they get very loud when you want them to be, which is very nice.

Cons: I only have a couple minor gripes about them, really. One is that the subwoofer, if turned up past a certain point (I think 20% or so), begins to sound muddy. But honestly, I didn't really find a need to push it that high to get a great bass response.

The other issue is that the subwoofer volume and the volume dials are right next to each other, so if a friend isn't familiar with them, they might turn down the bass on accident instead of the volume.

Other Thoughts: These are great speakers to own. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

4 out of 5 eggsCyber Acoustics CA3550rb 68 watts 2.1 Black Speakers

Pros: Very nice speakers for the price. If you like bass this is a good setup for you. Instructions not bad if you need them speakers pretty basic to hook up.

Cons: I have one speaker a little wobbly the bottom isn't completely flat and it is the speaker with the on off button. You also have to hold speaker to push in the on/off button or you'll just slide or push over speaker. Little things that bug but overall sound quality not bad. I do need to dock one egg for that.

Other Thoughts: Hopefully this company listens to these reviews. Maybe put a little more weight in speaker bases because there a little top heavy to make more stable. Bass speaker is of course fine. I would recommend this product if the things I mentioned don't bug you.

4 out of 5 eggsSmall Size - Great Sound 2 floors away

Pros: Great Sound, even on the floor above my office. Works well. Good frequency response

Cons: Bright Blue Power light on speakers on top of the desk. appears dial volume and base may be less quality than speakers.

Other Thoughts: Subwoofer power cable under the desk may need wire tie management

5 out of 5 eggsBest speakers I ever had

Pros: Loud.
Pristine sound quality.
Convenient control buttons on the right speaker.
Convenient Headphone jack on right side of the right speaker.

Cons: Absolutely NONE.

Other Thoughts: I have had these speakers for FIVE YEARS. They have worked WONDERFULLY. I can blast them. I can tune the sound very low. The entire time, the sound quality is amazing. I have never, ever had a single problem with them. These are easily the best speakers I have ever had.

5 out of 5 eggsReally, really nice!

Pros: Easy set-up, simple controls, attractive, wonderful sound quality, inexpensive. These aren't the cheapest speakers you can get, but they might be the lowest priced good quality ones.

Cons: Blue light on one speaker is always on when speakers are.

Other Thoughts: These are really great inexpensive speakers that deliver robust and clear sound. For me these replaced some more expensive ones that weren't half as good.

4 out of 5 eggsVery strong bass

Pros: Very strong bass
Pretty good sound overall
Excellent value

Cons: Bass is a bit TOO strong, it shakes my desk above half a turn of the bass dial and is always a bit boomy. Great for bassheads and games, not so much for balanced music listening or not annoying other people.

Other Thoughts: If bass isn't your priority I'd look elsewhere.

4 out of 5 eggsNot bad for PC Speakers

Pros: Not Expensive
Adjustable bass level
Overall Good sound quality
Will produce some serious volume given the price

Cons: Like too many speakers these days the bass can get very boomy and out of balance with the rest of the music frequencies, necessitating lowering either the bass level or Volume level. Bass quality is not as clean and tight as my 12 year old set of Labtec 2.1's that gave out due to a bad cable.

Other Thoughts: If you are looking for audiophile quality sound you need to look elsewhere and expect to pay at least 3 times as much. But if you're looking for better than average overall sound quality at a good price then these should fill your need.
