My ATT rep suggested I go ro New Egg to purchase an additional wireless router in order for me to get better service up stairs. What do I buy?

I suggest you purchase a WiFi extender to extend your wireless network to other areas of your house. If possible, purchase an extender from the same company as your WiFi router to ensure it is compatable. In other words, if you have a D-Link router, purchase a D-Link extender. Good luck.
