4 out of 5 eggsLeast expensive option with what it offers.

Pros: [-] Inexpensive
[-] Sturdy construction
[-] Fits enhanced ATX size boards

Cons: [-] Lid/cover's oddly convex shape (bumpy) hits against CD ROM tray button and the hotswap drive trays release buttons protrude enough (though mostly due to the case's convex shaped filter holder) where the lid doesnt close without applying too much pressure against the hot swap tray release tabs and/or making my CD ROM tray open.

Other Thoughts: The case's convex lid filter holder (plastic filter holder) is fortunately just that, plastic. So, this can be cut away to ensure it doesn't affect anything installed in the 5.25" bays. In the case of the 120mm fans in the left and center 5.25" bays, this lid/filter holder doesn't affect them (that is to say, if you keep the fans there, all is well). But should you decide to remove the fan block for 5.25" devices such as hotswap trays, Blu-ray/DVD/CD ROM's then you may need to cut the plastic filter holder immediately in front of wherever you install such devices/trays. I'm not quite sure why they couldn't just make the filter holder FLAT, but they really should. Because I didn't mind making a few scribes with a razor knife then using pliers to snap the plastic along the scribe cuts, I deducted only one egg.

3 out of 5 eggsOk.

Pros: Case seems nice. It's sturdy and doesn't seem to have a bunch of sharp edges to bite you.

Cons: Well I like the idea of the locking front however mine did not come with the keys. Makes it kind of hard to use. No real happy about hat one.

4 out of 5 eggsNice case, terrible drive rails

Pros: Great looking
Well built
HUGE case while still reasonable depth.

Cons: Who designed these terrible drive rails? They don't fit well and are really flimsy. Took me a long time to get all 6 drives on them so they could slide into the chassis.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Case

Pros: Massive!

Fits almost anything you could want*

Very sturdy

Cons: the screws that hold the top of the case on are tiny. the two in the front of the case fell out of mine, and are lost.

Its been covered already, but the hard disk caddies are awful.

Requires modification to work with the rosewill sliders.

Other Thoughts: *check the height on your CPU cooler before ordering

this case is incredible, its huge, its sturdy and its got great airflow. the fans that are included are actually pretty quiet as well, which is a plus.

I have an i7 4790K, and it ran hot, so I ordered a Cooler Master 212 EVO for it. the EVO is about 1/4" too tall for this case, which was a bummer. I ended up modding the case to fit the cooler.

Additionally, if you want to use the rosewill sliding rails to rack mount this case, you have to modify the handles a little bit. I ended up un-screwing them and cutting out the area between the two rear-most screws. The ears rosewill includes to attach the sliding rails to the server rack have little channels in them, and the channels hit the back part of the handles on this case, which keeps the case from sliding all the way into the server rack. By cutting part of the handle out, it allows the case to slide all the way into the rack. Doing this takes about 10 minutes with a band saw, and its only a minor annoyance on an otherwise awesome product.

4 out of 5 eggsThe Monster!!!!

Pros: This case is FRIGGIN' HUGE!!!! It is very durable. It can hold a reasonable amount of components Very good, strong chassis. It doesn't feel like it will break on you anytime soon! It also seems to help keep the overall decibels down with not having any flimsy panels.

Cons: I wish that the interior was painted black. The screws to take off the top off is pretty small and can get lost easily. I can't figure out how to take off the dust filter in the front to clean it off, and don't see it in the manual. The front door could of came with a magnet to keep the door close better when not locking it with the key.

Other Thoughts: This case can tip the scale loaded up with components about 40lbs. I would definitely get the rack rails, as I've stripped a couple of holes to mount this monster on my rack. I also wish that Rosewill stop discontinuing their rack rails. I was just about to buy one and now they not on sale on NewEgg. Now I have to see if I can get a universal one.

Price vs. quality is great though. Really strong, well built case.

5 out of 5 eggsVM Server Case

Pros: This is my second 4U Rosewill case, my other has 12 x hot swap bays. These really clean up a network rack. I consolidated 3 physical servers into a virtual server and used this case for better airflow.

Cons: Heavy, but not really a con. It's a solid case.

Other Thoughts: Two SSD drives for VM operating systems and two spinning disks for storage. Case fits a 92 mm Zalman cooler with about an inch to spare. Everything seems to stay pretty cool.

3 out of 5 eggshoghauler

Pros: Good price, strong case, plenty of room for all your hardware.

Cons: Specs say it will mount a standard ATX mobo but there are no holes to line up with a 12" X 9.6" front 3 holes. Removed the standoffs and used nuts to mount to the mobo to keep it level.

5 out of 5 eggsHolds your junk well

Pros: Cheap, sturdy, and doesn't look like rubbish. Good airflow, and it wasn't a pain to put stuff in for the most part (see cons). Lockable front panel seems sturdy, and the power/reset/USB panel is wonderful. The built-in fans aren't too loud (especially for a server box) and it has not erupted in fire yet.

Cons: The engineer who designed the HDD trays needs to be pulled out onto the street and shot. Additionally, the screws holding the side/top panel on are non-standard and tiny.

Neither of these issues are too much of a hassle, though.

Other Thoughts: I had bought a Rosewill desktop case and it was horrid, so I was a bit leery of this product. However, it has restored my confidence that someone, somewhere deep in the Rosewill HQ, went to school once. Got this case during a sale, but I'll probably pick it up full price for my next server box.
