4 out of 5 eggsThey work!

Pros: This case works. I have two of them, one houses my server, the other houses my router. Both have no issues. I did have to cut out some of the grill on the top cover for my server, and add a couple of higher-flow fans (I have 7 HDDs in my server, they generate some heat, as well as a quad core AMD chip). Router computer works fine with stock cooling.

Cons: They are flimsy. And the use of non0standard screws stinks. But hey, this case is a NICE low-cost alternative to some of the others out there, and it has a shallow depth for use in small racks!

Other Thoughts: I have an Ortonics 12U rack, and it's only 20" deep. These work great. I had to take the rack tab ears and flip them around (gave me an extra inch to play with), but overall, I'd buy another one if I was in need of a rack mount case.

5 out of 5 eggsBroken Handle during shipping

Pros: I purchased 3 units, 1 of the 3 had a broken handle, I suspect during shipment. I contacted Newegg to discuss simply getting a replacement handle, they recommending i contact the manufacturer directly. So i emailed Logisys and poof, within just a few days i received an email reply to my inquiry. The customer service rep at Logisys was very helpful and promptly send me a new handle. Eggcelent customer service by newegg and Logisys

4 out of 5 eggsNot bad, Not Amazing

Pros: • Cheap
• Lots of Room
• Easyish to install
• Handles = Win
• Comes with 3 keys
• Locks

Its a pretty decent case considering the price, I can't imagine you'd want to use it in a large datacenter of any kind. But I used it in a budget build rack for a small business and it worked pretty good. I ended up buying a couple extras for myself for my rack at home. It locks so you get a little security and it keeps my kids from messing with it which is always a plus.

Cons: • Flimsy as heck
• Screws? Don't get me started

It really is a get what you paid for. Luckily the cons are easily overlooked when you just need something cheap to get some hardware going right away.

Other Thoughts: Above all else, Even though its flimsy, I don't feel its going to break on me. I have 6 Drives in each of mine. And nada, its solid and has been taken in and out of the rack several times.

1 out of 5 eggsCheap in every way

Pros: Low on the cost side.

Cons: Made of extrememly flimsy material, so much so the case can't even retain its own shame. Dimensions are off, odd sized threads used for screws.

Other Thoughts: I installed the guts into this thing and when I picked it up it flexes so bad I immidiately pulled the computer back apart and got a different case.

4 out of 5 eggsRack em up

Pros: Sturdy Rackmount.
Space for any aftermarket GPU & ATX MoBo
Locking drive/power switch access
Removable cross brace has variable length, adjustable add-on card stablizers
Decent air flow
Removable drive bay & HDD bay.

Cons: Flimsy drive bay assembly
Front intake fan mount only allows attachment of 2 screws
No dedicated cable management area/tie down pts.

Other Thoughts: Put my gaming rig in this rack case.

TA990FXE MoBo
AMD FX-8150 CPU
Zalman CNPS5X CPU Heatsink/Fan
2 x 8GB DDR3 1600
Radeon HD 6850
HT Striker Soundcard
600W PS
BD-ROM & DVD/CD-ROM
2 x OCZ Vert3 MaxiOps 120GB SSDs

Despite no cable mgmt, cables fit nicely underneath drive bay assembly. Cross brace & drive bay assembly easily remove for mobo & PS installation. Looks great.

3 out of 5 eggsCheap inexepensive case

Pros: inexpensive, they make a matching (I hope not *cheap*) rail set.

Cons: case is flat out, hands down, cheap.

Case uses non-standard thread size screws for things like I/O backplate screws and the hard drive cage... don't loose screws as you take it apart during install, you NEED those screws if you are going to put it back together.

New out of the box, nearly every single screw holding the thin, thin (did I say thin?) sheet metal together, were stripped. Thin sheetmetal is easily dented/bent

One I/O plate wasn't even installed, it was just laying inside the cardboard box, like they "forgot" and just tossed inside.

Fans are nice that they are included, but again, cheap Molex connector fans. I suggest replacing them with BB fans with real motherboard connectors.

Other Thoughts: I paid $63, I guess you get what you paid for... then again, for $12 more I bet I could have gotten a MUCH better case from another brand
