great little case, but get a fan extension cable
Pros: The main advantage of the case is its size. This is a very "short" 1U case. The case is close to the one sold in super micro barebones, but getting a different motherboard gives you a better deal then getting the pre-configured barebone
Cons: aside that the case is a bit difficult to work with (tiny screws, not a lot of space) which is expected, the only real issue I had with the case is that the fan cable is too short to work with the only motherboard that you may want to install in this.
Other Thoughts: I learned from another review that this case, plus the SUPERMICRO MBD-X7SPE-HF-D525-O motherboard, are a better deal then getting the preconfigured bare bone. Great advice!

Great Small Rackmount
Pros: Small size, low noise, adequate power for the size.
Cons: If I had to have a complaint it would be cable management. The front two fans, I would prefer to be clear of any cable restriction however, I don't see any way to route them around. I am not sure how they would improve on this besides make the fan housing a little smaller or have some groves in it to run the cables above.
Other Thoughts: I've paired this with..

80+ Power, 4 2.5" drives, quad core support
Pros: Room for four 2.5" drives using SuperMicro adapter brackets (need one for every 2 2.5" drives), they cost about $8 each. With no expansion cards SuperMicro approves 4 2.5" drives and a 95w Intel Quad Core. Mounts securely to a rack using ears only, no need to spend money on rails if you don't need them. Short, so takes little room using a two post rack. Power Supply is 80+ certified. Testing with 2 2.5" drives, 65w dual core shows barely 50w used at idle using speedstep, 80w with both cores at 100% usage.
Cons: Motherboard backplate is not removable. If you don't want issues better buy yourself a SuperMicro Motherboard that is made for this chassis! Only has 1 4-pin and 1 SATA power connector.
Other Thoughts: Works great with the SuperMicro X7SBL series. Supermicro adapter bracket for 2.5" drives come with all screws needed to mount to case and mount hard drives. Use supermicro heatsink part SNK-P0016P for this case. Does not come with heatsink plan on $25 for it. SNK-P0016P is awesome, a 1U unit with heatpipes. Has compound applied, but I used Arctic Silver.
