3 out of 5 eggsGood but..

Pros: Either make it max, or you can make it as slow as you can get it (with cooperating fan.). Good paint job. Nice and bright leds.

Cons: The first fan control knob didnt work whatsoever; i tried with several fans in my test case but it didnt work. Good thing ill be using only four fans with these units or else this would be RMA'd instantly.

Other Thoughts: From what alot of people say, quality is variable with this company. I bought one of these and another fan (testing) and im hoping my next order of these will be all good, or i might just go with another company altogether because of this issue.

4 out of 5 eggsit works great but didn't arrive unscathed

Pros: it can slow down up to six fans to 30% speed and that's more than enough to keep everything quiet unless needed. all six knobs work great and it comes with pre-attached removable fan extension connectors.

Cons: two of the LEDs don't work despite having fans connected into them. they control the fans just fine but the first and sixth led just refuse to light up, which isn't really that bad since these are the brightest meds I've ever seen. good luck trying to sleep with those illuminating half the room. the knobs feel a bit flimsy but probably won't break unless really heavy force is applied.

Other Thoughts: Does what it needs to and the flimsy design is what you would expect at this price point. I just wish the connectors were sleeved.

1 out of 5 eggs2 in a row defective

Pros: Some parts work on second try.

Cons: First one arrived DOA. Well, more like mortally ill OA. Fans would jerk slightly and would continue moving if you push started them. (Good quality, ball bearing fans, verified working.) Looked like a second or return: had white powdery substance on inside of front plate, with fingerprints in it. Decided to risk the postage on a second try, and RMAed.
Next unit drives fans, but one out of three of the LEDs in use flickered and died within a day.

Other Thoughts: The channels that are functioning function fine - too bad the manufacturing quality is so atrociously low.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Value

Pros: It controls six fans which is nice.

Cons: Those lights on above the controlls are really bright. I had to put some black electrical tape over them. If you're into having your computer light up like a NASA space command center, you'll like this. Otherwise, probably not so much.

No wire ties. Not a deal breaker by any means, but it would be nice if they threw a couple in there.

3 out of 5 eggsThere are better products

Pros: 6 fans.Blue LEDs. Long cables.

Cons: 3 of the blue lights didn't work on arrival.

Other Thoughts: Wish it was able to turn the fans completely off. I somehow overlooked that part when buying. Thats my fault.

3 out of 5 eggsUnsatisfactory

Pros: -font panel looks great
-able to adjust speed from roughly 5v-12v
-worked out of the box

Cons: -Every time you start up your computer (even from sleep), the fans are put on full 12v for about 3 seconds until the controller adjusts them to their proper speeds. This is loud and annoying
-I am unable to turn the fans completely off
-Uses proprietary connectors to connect the fans. This means that you have to use the provided extension cables, which are long and add unnecessary cable length.
-LEDs are really bright and serve no function if you are unable to turn off your fans.

Other Thoughts: I used cougar vortex 120mm and Corsiar SP120 (quiet edition) fans. All of which are 3 pin

1 out of 5 eggswont work

Pros: built just fine

Cons: None of my fans will plug into this unit, I had to spend 15 bucks and order 3 to 4 pin molex connectors to make this work. I read this
warning prior to buying, but was foolish enough to not look at my fans connectors.

Other Thoughts: I feel kinda dumb that I bought this without more searching, I ended up not really saving any money after all.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty Good

Pros: Allows addition of 6 fans without motherboard

Cons: Lights are pretty bright

Other Thoughts: May be a can but might be a special case.

I have 4 CoolerMaster fans plugged into this and there is extra noise that comes from the fans. When the CM fans are plugged into the Motherboard no extra noise is produced. On top of that there are two fans that came with the case that are plugged into the controller and make no extra noise.

So I'm thinking its just a special case that the combination of fans and this controller.

4 out of 5 eggsgreat for the money

Pros: controls all my fans up to full speed (or as fast as I can handle the noise) and has worled wonderfully. big easy to use knobs so I don't have to look to see what I'm doing like my nzxt sentry. plugs are labeles on tge ends. 4pin fan support which my sentry does not have. people who I have seen complaining about no molex connections and no pwm function either got a bad unit or don't know how to splice a connector in. it pushes my 3 200, 1 240, and 2 120mn fans on full blast no problem. people who have had issues got bad equipment.

Cons: really ugly white paint and logo on an otherwise nicely finished brushed metal front. going to remove the paint lines and logo, thats the lost egg. cheaply built like all logisys stuff.

Other Thoughts: all this logisys stuff is so incredibly cheap. its definately a double edged sword. get good stuff for dirt cheap, but quality control is pretty much non existant so getting non defective stuff can be a challenge.
