4 out of 5 eggsDust control

Pros: They match the 120mm ones I have in the Silverstone case already. I know they keep my computer running better. the fans they went on were same brand too which is kinda cool. They do the job of keeping dust down in my case. Duster cans are expensive to use up like you will if these aren't on yur fans

Cons: They don't have some sliding apparatus that makes them easier to remove and clean. Not a big deal takes 15min really but gotta find the tools, you kno...heh
That I had to buy the SS fans and grills here instead of them coming in the fairly expensive case.

Other Thoughts: Finishes out a case that I'm really happy with. Looks clean and cool like a stereo amp or something. nice. Long live the desktop case.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Filter, Very Little Added Noise

Pros: A great filter, definitely keeps out most things you don't want getting sucked into a computer. Very, very easily cleaned as well, which was a huge plus. Also, they are very good looking when installed.

Cons: They will add a little bit of noise to your fan when you install them, however this is to be expected. The added noise is minimal though.

Other Thoughts: A great filter that looks good on your computer, for less.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for DIYer

Pros: Bored a hole on the side of my case with a Dewalt bi-metal hole bit, drilled 4 holes, and attached a fan blowing directly on my graphics card. Exactly where I wanted it. Took less than 5 minutes.
Can vacuum it from the outside without having to remove it. Made my old ANTEC all metal full tower case more efficient.
Also, installed a Thermatake MAX 5 Duo hot swappable 5.25" dual drive bay so I can move the drives from my main system to the backup if it goes down.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: They make a 120mm one, too. I am going to use my sabre saw and cut out a hole on the top of the case for that.
Come on people, don't put those old cases in the closet, most are better built than the newer ones and can work as well. Check out some of the great 5" bay adapters. Many of them are better than what comes with the new cases.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent

Pros: Comes with screws, Easy to install, Thin and works great. Keeps my computer clean compared to before.

Cons: I guess the only con I would pick out obviously would be cleaning them cause you have to take out screws.

Other Thoughts: I have an alienware case that is no longer manufactured and I was debating to buy these, but they fit. I searched all the other filters and this to me is the best one out there. I dont have any issues with noises either or air lose barley like others complained about. I ended up getting 7 filters for my server & gaming computers. Worth every penny.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Product

Pros: Great Quality. Great Design. SilverStone.

I bought four of these for my SilverStone ML03. They fit inside the case between the case and fans (fans are SilverStone SUSCOOL81). This is good because I didn't want to mount them on the outside of the case. There was maybe 0.5-1 mm of space between the motherboard (ASUS P8Z77-M PRO) and fan after installation of filter.

They come with black screws instead of silver screws.

Cons: No cons whatsoever with the product.

These this are tight in the ML03 case, but they do all fit. I had to work the last one into place because they fit so tight together, but that's not a bad thing either.

Also, I had to cut the snap clips off of the CPU power plugs (EATX plug next to fan) because there wasn't enough room between the fan and MB. Not a big deal since the plugs are snug enough to keep the cable.

Other Thoughts: The screens on these aren't as small as I would have liked. They are maybe 0.5mm holes (maybe 1mm). Because of this they won't keep out all of the dust only large particles. Wish they had a much smaller mesh maybe even a cloth covering.

5 out of 5 eggsA little pricey, but a wonderful product!

Pros: This little guy here does what it is supposed to do - keep the dust out! I use it for my side LED fan, and it's looks brilliant.

Cons: The only real problem I have with this is the price. For a really good dust filter, this price is definitely worth it. But for the longest time I was trying to decide between this and a cheaper one. This one seemed to look nicer, and it definitely does just that.

Other Thoughts: If you need an 80mm dust filter - you can't go wrong with this!

5 out of 5 eggsLooks good

Pros: It looks really good. I bought 2 for the fan holes I made on my side panel. Fast shipping

Cons: Some people comment about restricting airflow and.... it kind of does but since I'm the one that made the hole it still add air in my system.

Other Thoughts: Since the con doesn't affect me I'm giving 5 eggs

3 out of 5 eggsWorks Ok,Hard to clean

Pros: Works well and keeps quite a bit of dust out

still some in it due to how you clean them but works nicely

Cons: Hard to clean,Have to turn the fans off to clean

I don't recommend using screws with this...
I'd get rubber fan mounts instead so you can remove them easily to clean

Other Thoughts: I'd get something more easily removable, but these are ok for what they are

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome product, eggSpensive

Pros: This fan filter is the best filter in terms of style - the functionality is fine for my purposes (I use these to keep the dust off my radiators in my liquid setup) - I don't mind the slightly restricted airflow (I can always turn up my fans to pull more air in when I need it - most of the time the fan speed is pretty low for noise reduction [I use a controller] )

Cons: eggSpensive: I found this somewhere else for 2.99 and free shipping.

Other Thoughts: I LOVE this fan filter. It looks really good! I own 6 of these (soon to be 7).
