5 out of 5 eggsEasy to setup working as a charm

Pros: Easy to setup: just open the front cover, fit one or two SATA hard drives and close door.

I did a firmware update to latest available before formatting drives, now they work on RAID 1 config (WD Green 1TB).

Format takes about 10-20 mins (1TB Raid1), and unit is visible on the network immediatly after the format and unit restarts.

You can connect a printer to the USB port and share it, I did it with an Epson R300 Photo printer, just connect cable and point drivers to use network box.

Cons: None!

Other Thoughts: Easy as 1-2-3 and plug.

5 out of 5 eggsNeon Pink?

Pros: Quality cable for a low price. Used for a new hardrive and replacement cable for an xbox 360.

Cons: It's bright pink, but it gets the job done.

Other Thoughts: n/a

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Super long, works the way it should.

Cons: Pink isn't exactly manly

Other Thoughts: It's way longer than a SATA cable needs to be, not really a con or a pro.

3 out of 5 eggsSHorter

Pros: Pretty long for SATA cables.

Cons: Not as long as advertised.

Other Thoughts: I needed the longest possible SATA cables to go from my motherboard's SATA connectors, out one of the PCI covers, into another tower and into an optical drive. These cables are only 37" long, not 39". Not a huge difference but still annoying. Haven't actually tried them yet to see if they really work or not.

1 out of 5 eggsGot one DOA

Pros: none

Cons: Got the cable, was DOA. Swapped with known good cable and the drive started to work. You can see in one of the molded ends where some of the pins were shorted together. For 1.59, (with 5.00 shipping to me) its not worth me trying to return it. Buyer Beware.

3 out of 5 eggsA bit stiff

Pros: It works.

Cons: It's a bit stiff and bulky as far as SATA cables go. I should have gotten a shorter one too because I don't need nearly that much length.
