Won't Power External Drives

Pros: It's a black cable.

Cons: Doesn't work on external drives. It powers the LED, but doesn't seem to have another power to actually spin the drive.

Other Thoughts: Even though I had originally purchased the cable as a spare cable to power my external drive, it does work with smaller appliances (usb media card readers, etc...).

Pros: This cable is very well constructed and works great. I thought one of my external USB hard drives was dying but when I switched out the old cable for this one it worked perfectly again. It seems to get more bus power to devices than other cables.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Best cable of it's kind I have tried. Get a few :)

Can be used for Digital SLR Nikon

Pros: I lost my cord for my Digital SLR Nikon D80 on the metro and was so angry when I went to the camera store to find that the replacement would cost me $25 (w/o shipping). Crossed my fingers that this cord would do the job and it does...THANK YOU! I hate being ripped off for something whose only difference is having the NIKON logo on it. Very happy that I purchased this.

Cons: None at the moment.

Other Thoughts: Newegg delivered so quickly...I had it in under 3 days. Thank you so much!
