4 out of 5 eggsThey just work

Pros: They work as advertised. I must have gotten the last 6 because they are out of stock as of writing this.

Cons: They are really long. They could have been half this length and accomplished the same mission. I am worried about the leverage they are forcing on the port.

Other Thoughts: Buy a shorter one.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat, cheap VGA to DVI adapter.

Pros: Small, feels high quality, the screws secure nicely to my graphics card. Shipping was fast as usual with Newegg.

Cons: N/A

Other Thoughts: Rosewill has really grown on me over the years. Their products are high-quality and cost effective- I'll be sure to consider them for things like this in the future.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: none

Cons: Make sure you determine which DVI cables and or receptors you have, as all are not equal. This adapter has 4 extra pins surrounding the spade side of the male end of the adapter. It will not fit into some DVI cables or receptor sites.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks!

Pros: -Works just fine if you have DVI analog.
-No real visible loss of picture quality.
-Cheap
-Screws allow it to stay in place.

Cons: -Somewhat long. Its about 2.5" long.
-No other cons.

Other Thoughts: Make sure your DVI-out has the 24+5 pins otherwise you will not be able to use it if it's only the 24+1(flat) pin connection. It's long enough that it might be in the way behind your tower touching a wall but worked for me.

3 out of 5 eggsIt Works, But...

Pros: Solid Design

Cons: A little too long...
The only problem is that there are lines and distortions in the picture on the LCD monitor. It is really annoying and I can't use the computer very well with the video being that way. Very disappointed with the video quality.

Other Thoughts: I'm new to DVI-VGA adapters, as I have never owned a PC with a DVI-only output. I am really disappointed that the picture quality is pretty bad when using the converter.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks as advertised

Pros: I plugged it in so I could use my monitor. It works. The price is good.

Cons: It's a bit long, a lot longer than the one that came with my video card, by almost an inch.

4 out of 5 eggsJust what I needed

Pros: Cheap. Allowed me to set up my second monitor with a VGA to my video card's DVI port just as intended.

Cons: It could be a problem for anyone out there looking to buy this but doesn't have too much space around their computer. Its about 2 inches long by itself.

4 out of 5 eggsGJ Rosewill.

Pros: Has full pinout. Many adapters dont have all the DVI pins, which have made them incompatible with some things. Solid build. Black.

Cons: Has full pinout. Some proprietary fruit related DVI interfaces do not allow for all the pins to be present. Bigger then most of the DVI-Dsub adapters I've owned. Sticks out more.

Other Thoughts: Check the DVI port you are plugging this into for assurity on compatibility and that you have room for its length.
