Pros: Work as intended, no complaints.

Pros: I was getting an error when starting up motherboard. The motherboard did not have enough power to run case fans. But this adapter solved my issue recommended to anybody.

Cons: Wish it was sleeved, preferably black

Pros: Includes a extra connector for motherboard reporting.

Cons: Does not include pass-through molex connector.

Pros: It does what it supposed to. It is just an extending wire if you want fan control. If you wanna full voltage at all times, use this for an extra fan.

Cons: Not a con, but the plug is tight, i thought i had to be too rough, but I would rather have it go in hard than fall out.

Other Thoughts: I got it on sale shipped for 74 cents. Can't beat that. I used it, it worked, not what I wanted but still useful.

Pros: Purchased for my Antec tower that has more fans than my motherboard has connections. Have no issues at all and the manual speed/power controls on the fans still work fine since it is just allowing me to attach everything to the power supply.

Cons: Useless if trying to go from a 4-pin molex to a 3-pin female fan connector, unless you don't mind breaking out the solder gun.

Other Thoughts: In my previous review, I mistakenly said that the 3-pin female connector had only the red and black wires...I meant YELLOW and BLACK. I decided against RMA-ing these back to Newegg, since the shipping was outrageous. Instead, I came up with a workaround. This adapter cable has two, 3-pin connectors on it...one male and one female. The male connector has all three wires, the female only has the yellow and black. So what I did was, with the male connector, I soldered the red and yellow pins together. Therefore, making the yellow wire "hot" in the female connector. Then I simply moved the yellow pin in the female connector, to the center hole where the red wire should go. Now I have a 12v hot and ground (black) like it should be.

Pros: Price

Cons: Doesn't work with the Scythe Kaze Master Pro 5.25 Fan Controller. There are only two wires going to the 3 pin connector (black and red), and apparently I need the yellow one too. I bypassed the controller and connected straight to the MB and it still didn't work. It doesn't like my Antec fans with a molex plug. RMA'd.

Other Thoughts: I ordered six of these, and unfortunately I didn't find this out until I had all the wires mounted and neatly tucked away inside the case. Not a happy camper.
