5 out of 5 eggsIt just works

Pros: converts old P4 power supply to newer EPS8 standard. Keeps a good investment usable longer.

Cons: took a week to get here, Fedex smartpost is the worst way to ship anything. 3days to leave california and another 5 to get to michigan.

Other Thoughts: I'll use this until this power supply dies, or I get a newer board that needs something else.

4 out of 5 eggsSleeved and functional, overpriced

Pros: Sleeved and very sturdy, it doesn't feel cheap and it works so you can't ask for much more

Cons: for the price, it is too short and stiff, I had to heat it and bend it to route it behind my mobo (my case has a removable rear panel) so that it wasn't pulling the contact to the side. Still, cheaper than buying a new psu

5 out of 5 eggsSaved me 90%

Pros: Great price, quality construction, works as intended.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I was thinking I'd need to buy a new power supply for my wife's computer, as the new motherboard only had an 8-pin CPU power connector, whereas the power supply only had a 4-pin plug. Put this in between and problem solved, saved 90% of the cost of a decent power supply.

5 out of 5 eggsDoes what it advertises

Pros: Does what it needed to do - Motherboard manual said it was strongly recommended to use an 8-pin connection so I chose to follow this advice. Running great.

Cons: None
