5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: is great, unlike the only 6 pin version of this cable, this has the right connector. and looks great plugged into my graphics card in my H440.

Cons: the heat shrink is a bit long otherwise none.

4 out of 5 eggsproduct update

Pros: They conduct electricity, they are nice shade of bright red, and if you take the time to work with them they actually can look pretty frakking good on your rig. I felt obligated to update my review because although everything I had written was true....for the amount spent these can really make a big difference in how your P.C. looks.

Cons: They aren't Paracord, but then I got four different of these cables for the price of a single cable with Paracord.

Other Thoughts: The 24 pin cable actually looks amazing. I just took the cables and carefully grabbed them by the ends and worked them back forth over the steel stand for my tall room fan. Like flattening out a dollar bill by pulling it over a flat surface. It really coaxed the cables into being fairly flexible. I am looking at it now as I type, and it just flows nicely back into the cable routing area behind the motherboard. I took the pci express 8 pin and 6 pin and worked them as a single unit once installed. I used ties (not to tight) every inch or so to "train" the cables down and under the graphics card. At the far end I used a little black tape over the ends that already had a rubberized black coating anyway to fix the individual cables into the shape I wanted. When I removed the ties it wasn't perfect but I was still very happy at the look. The one cable that was off colored was the 8 pin cpu power cable up in the far upper left corner, and I will be darned but out of direct light it looks nice too. It's been three days and they have retained the shape I worked to get. I hate feeling like a hypocrite so I felt like I had to write this because of how hard i was on the company after first un-packing them. I will try to upload a photo, but it says video and I am not into doing that so take all things into account and happy shopping.

2 out of 5 eggsStiff! Sad I bought these

Pros: They conduct electricity?
I am combining reviews from all four pieces of this crud I bought.

Cons: I always spend along time looking and researching. I was bewitched by how the look of the red sleeved wires would look in my P.C., and had actually put the Silverstone wires in my cart, but saw what appeared to be the same quality product for less. I get what you pay for. I should not have expected paracord for what I was paying, but even the stiffness wouldn't have caused me to detract an egg. This 6+2 looks like crud. The wires don't line up. the +2 wires are both connected in at the top so you have four wires plus a wild one sticking out. Remember getting ready for school and the hair that just won't stay down. I worked and worked at it, but it is stuck in at an angle. I am going to try them after i spend two or three days working the wires trying to loosen them up. There is also a warning here: The 8 pin cpu wire came in some dark red, and to be honest it looks like the regular wire but someone spilled some type of oil on it. I mean it is way off color. Ya, I should have put my order in and got the paracord.

Other Thoughts: You live and learn. What is sad is that just because something is made in China doesn't mean it had to be bad. The quality decision is made by the corporation re-selling. Ya, i know...the price should have warned me off, but I have received some awesome stuff from newegg on the cheap. Cougar fans on sale for $10, and they are wonderful. Just mentioned that because two of those came in the box with these. What a disparity in quality. I was so happy when i saw the box at my door. These were supposed to make my new rig look awesome. i just hope I can work them over to do the job. The worst thing is they are so cheap it makes no sense to return them. Why waste money on the postage?

3 out of 5 eggsDecent

Pros: Color is red

Cons: Wrapped in plastic "stitching". Harder to bend etc. I'd say go for the silverstones, they are much higher quality but more expensive.

Other Thoughts: Still does the job, no doubt about that.
