Werner: The ISOBAR unit with 8 outlets has the 12 ft. cord. It's just a bit more money.

Can this suppressor be mounted on a wall?

Yes ... it has "key holes" on the bottom of the end plates. I've got mine mounted under my desk.

which outlets are isolated?

Each row is isolated. So three of the six outlets are isolated. As you would look at any normal house plug, in the upright position with ground plug being on the bottom.
