3 out of 5 eggsstiff, bulky, works

Pros: Works. Reasonably secure connection. Does the job. More secure than separate cables on a 2.5 in drive.

Cons: very stiff. Bulky. Not as secure a connection as I would like. Needs care with cable routing or it will come loose.

5 out of 5 eggsgood cable

Pros: Fits snug, works well, does what it is supposed to do.

Cons: None that I can tell. Yeah it is a little stiff, but I don't think it is a biggie.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: 2 in 1 cable... yeah!!

Cons: shipping was a bit pricey for something you could stuff in an envelope and stick a stamp on.

Other Thoughts: I saw some reviews of "this is cheap" "this didn't fit my plug" "its too short"..... I had none of these problems, it WAS long enough, didn't break on me, and most importantly.... it works.

1 out of 5 eggsVery Strange "Dual" Cable

Pros: pretty

Cons: Look close at the 5-pin Molex power connect
it is male

should be female

I bought it without looking closely at the photo

Other Thoughts: luckily I only got it 'cause I thought it was a good looking combo cable, not because I really needed it. Not worth the RMA or hassle. It is a souvenir, like my old Quest Drive

1 out of 5 eggsMarginal Quality

Pros: Cheep

Cons: The shielding on the inside cracks with only a small about of bending. The connector is also large, so if you are tight on space don't use these.

3 out of 5 eggsGood quality....

Pros: Okay, I should have measured twice. They were too short, so now I have two of 'em sitting in a box. They look good and nice quality.

Cons: N/A

1 out of 5 eggsThrowing mine out

Pros: Convenient, especially for new drives that only have the SATA power connector.

Cons: Poor manufacturing quality.

Other Thoughts: Mine must have developed a short. When I moved my hard drive and the cable to another system, the system would not boot. I kept seeing the mother board splash screen and then it would beep and reboot. Replaced this cable and the system booted fine.

4 out of 5 eggsNot Bad but Not Long

Pros: Combination of SATA and Power is a nice feature. Power side terminates in molex, would have preferred a straight SATA power extension.

Cons: Cable is 14 1/2" in length, not 18" as stated.

Other Thoughts: CoolerMaster Wave Master Case; Danger Den & Thermaltake h20 Cooling; XCLIO 500watt Dual 12v Rail Power Supply; Spire Cooler Fan and Front Panel Control; ASUS P5LD2; Intel Pentium D 930 Presler Dual Core; 4Gb Corsair DDR2 667 (PC2 5400); Radeon X1800XT 256Mb PCI-e; Creative Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS 7.1 Channels; Drive 1 Seagate Barracuda 160Gb SATA 3.0Gb/s; Drive 2 Seagate Barracuda 160Gb SATA 3.0Gb/s; Drive 3 External WD 250Gb USB/IDE; Samsung Lightscribe DVD-RW/CD-RW; Microsoft Internet Pro Keyboard; Razer Copperhead Anarchy Mouse; Logitech 7.1 THX Surround Sound, Sennheiser Headphones; ViewSonic VX924 19” 5ms LCD.
