Narrative says SATA III but tag on cable in picture is SATA II. Is it II or III?

Mine came and did not have tag on them, but on label of the bag which it was enclosed in, it says 6gb, 3.0gb and 1.5gb transfer rates which I think it's up to SATAIII. I ordered 5 of these with no problems.
