Question 1

How do you power this and the hard drive?  I only have two SATA power connectors, and two SATA ports.  I'm looking to configure two IDE hard drives in an old laptop.  It seems like it plugs into a molex connector into the four pin connector on the board.  Not only do I not have the molex connectors, but if I used a SATA to molex adapter, then I wouldn't have any available power to the hard drive itself.

You need an IDE power connector and a floppy power connector. The IDE power plug goes straight onto the hard drive, the floppy connector goes onto the adapter together with the SATA cable.
I'm using it for a DVD-Burner and so far it works fine, but I only burned a smaller file on a CD-R using the lowest speed setting.

In your case using a laptop you will be out of luck. Your best option will be an external USB enclosure or one of these drive docks. If you'd be using a desktop things would be a bit easier.

Hello. I am looking at this Adapter.. And i wanted to know if it would support 48 bits LBA can Break Capacity-Limit to Support HDD larger than 137GB?

I'm pretty sure, I haven't tested it yet but there didn't seem to be a limit. It just converts the cable. As long as the cable can support it, it should work just fine.
