Pros: My BFG psu had a very short 4 pin motherboard cable, so i searched for a longer one around my town. No one had it. Newegg has a huge variety and this one is perfect. The whole cable is braided and black, 9 inches long, and good quality. It arrived right on time and like always, newegg has been a great company.

Cons: None! The description was perfect and it was a good price.

Pros: Extends my cable

Cons: Wasn't free

Other Thoughts: My P4 cable from my PSU barely made it to the connector onboard, and blocked all of my PCI-E/PCI slots excluding the one my GPU is seated in. This solved the problem.

Pros: Used this extension on my last build and had no issues. Sleeving is of decent quality and very flexible. I would have bought an 8-pin version for my new build if the PSU cable wasn't long enough.

Other Thoughts: Item is deactivate of time of this review. Buy one quick if they get more in stock!

Pros: -didn't fry my parts

Cons: -did not work: computer wouldn't power on using extension, either I received a faulty cable or it does not like the parts I tried to use it with:

OCZ Fatal1ty 550W
Asus 870 EVO motherboard
Phenom 2 1055t

build powers up fine when I remove extension, but the extra length would have been great for my cable management.

Other Thoughts: never had a problem with other apevia products before
