Pros: It arrived.
Cons: It just doesn't work. No matter what I tried, this thing simply didn't allow my devices to be recognized. Oh, well when I took everything off my board so that the IDE with the RC-204 was the only thing connected, it recognized it was there, but gave me a quick error and rebooted every time. Couldn't get anywhere!
Other Thoughts: The User Manual seemed to be written by a kid whose native language is anything but English. It can be understood though.

Pros: This is a really nice, small solution to using IDE drives with a motherboard that only supports SATA.
Cons: There were a few bent pins on the power supply cable. The directions were slightly incorrect on how to hook up the power supply, but it was pretty obvious since you can only hook it up one way.
Other Thoughts: I am almost out of toothpaste.
