Pros: Small convenient adapter for SATA to USB HDD's in a jiffy.

Cons: This device will NOT work with USB 2.0, if you plug it into a computer with the older USB standard it will not be recognized.

Other Thoughts: Before you buy it make sure you will never need to use it on older USB 2.0 only computers. Otherwise get a USB 3.0 card.
