- Pros: Works great. Just plugged the floppy connector into the converter, female molex connector into the ide drive and the male connector into the power supply or my power supply has an extra line with a floppy connector and molex connector. I didn't use the supplied splitter. Made a neater arrangement. W/D H/D is on cable select. Booted with that set up so didn't try any other.
- Cons: Documentation not too clear.
- Other Thoughts: Arrived fast as usual.
Piece of <beep>
- Pros: None.
- Cons: Didn't work.
- Other Thoughts: I got this because I had an old IDE hard drive I wanted to put in a computer that had no IDE connections so I could get data off it. The computer never recognized the hard drive. I tried all jumper settings including no jumper settings. The hard drive was powered and the computer could tell something new was connected because with every jumper setting setup the computer would hang during start up. Once it finally started up the computer never saw the hard drive. I wasted my money on this.
WOW
- Pros: looks nice
- Cons: DID NOT WORK AT ALL...PRETTY AGGRIVATING
